Intro Bistro BSD — Restaurant in Serpong

My first time here, visited a few weeks ago, and I don't think I'll go back here.

Sorry for the bad rating, the food actually taste good, but I was not expecting to have insects on the plate... There was a worm bean on the veggies. When I told the waiter she just went apologetic, took my plate back to the kitchen for a sec and brought it back. I don't even know if they changed the veggies or just took out the worm. And of course no compensation of some sort. Sure it shows how organic they are, but if I were one of the kitchen staff, I'd at least take the worm out while washing them, or while measuring the portion before cooking, or before putting in on the plate. But they couldn't do any of that.

Sure I can recommend the taste, but just be cautious of what's on your plate before you eat them.

Reserved table from D-3 Dining for iftar w DP 500k include the food. We came at 05.10pm expecting the food is there for iftar but there's not! The bistro didn't input our food to the list yet, so we doesn't have anything to break our fast. And we have to wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes again for the food to come out. They apologize saying the restaurant been very busy these days (lame excuse srry) . I could accept it if they're admit it it's human error from them.

The food was delicious but not all of them, The sirloin feels like tenderloin, the rossteries chicken not really juicy, the pizza was good the cheese is favorite, pasta carbonara was good, the fish and chips not worth it and tooks so long to came out. Drinks were good. Got a free dates.

The prayers room neat and tidy, clean enough but small.

When it's the time to pay the bill, the waiter didn't tell me that the payment hadn't been reduced from the dp so i didn't know. And i still pay in full payment not knowing that. Once we realized, i came to cashier. If we don't asked the cashier, maybe my money won't came back and i pay more...

The place honestly won't offer you a spectacular culinary experience but for a set of good food within a reasonable price range, you need to try this place out. My personal favorite? The salmon steak 👌

Remember to mind your visiting time because the place can get jam-packed at times even finding a parking spot can be a problem. Not to mention how crowded and noisy the atmosphere inside can be. Happened to us on one unexpectedly busy Saturday night, had to wait quite long before our orders arrived. Great thing was, the owner himself informed us about it once we were seated and even apologized for the possibility of having our orders arrived later than they usually do due to the hectic situation. Good gesture of the owner which needs to be highlighted.

Overall, this place can definitely offer a good balance between what you pay and what you get. Those who will get a kick out of eating while enjoying live music performance will surely love this place *check the schedule first, not available on a...
