Review (Based on multiple visits) First went here from a friend's recommendation as he said that the coffee is really amazing and he buys it very frequently. So i came to see what's so good about this. First thing i noticed is the entrance to the shop is very nice with white railings and hanging plants, which makes it very pleasing to walk through/look at/take a picture. This particular branch i think has a very nice exterior compared to other stores. As i got inside, it was very crowded. Increasing my curiosity as to why people like Tuku very much. The interior is very modern and elegant looking. As i wait in line, i noticed they are also selling Tuku Kopi merch like t-shirts and pins. Also, to go with yoir coffee, they sell light snacks like carrot cake, kue sus, etc I finally ordered their famous Kopi Susu Tetangga (18k) with normal ice and sugar (yes you can customise them). Price is fairly standard and affordable. They call your name and you can take your order after waiting a bit. When i finally tasted the coffee, i was very surprised at the taste, and i can finally see as to why people like it very much. The coffee itself falls to the more stronger side, as the bitterness is very prominent, but the milk plays very well because it makes it creamy and refreshing. It's sweetness is balanced with the coffee taste very well. People have said that it's more a to-go store but they have chairs and tables outside for people to relax and drink, also they provide drinks to consume right away that is served in glass and coffee cups. Service was nice and fast with friendly staff and barista, one even recognised my friend as he is a regular. This is very important for a business to increase customer's satisfaction and comfort for the place, which they did well. The only downside is that, after a few visit on different days, the coffee taste can sometimes differ. It can taste good one day and the next day it tastes worse. Less fresh, more acidic, more bitter, etc. Would be better to try and make it consistent everyday. Nice place, good coffee, nice service, ok price. Definitely will try to drop by often. Recommend.

It was around 1:30 pm, and I had hoped I'd missed the lunch crowd. Fortunately, the line at the cashier was about 2 people when I walked up" "The ambiance was chilled and everything is clean. Two cups of kopi susu (coffee milk) made from the special coffee blend and gula area (palm sugar) serve us. Plus some doughnuts for lunch at the corner of outdoor area” "Overall, my experience with the Kopi Tuku BSD was positive. Listen to the song that completely blends in the ambiance of grinding machines, playful journey for your days. The staff and Barista was really good in service, definitely a place to go for coffee. I have no compaints about the restroom, although it's only one room for all customers. If anyone has any questions about Kopi Tuku BSD, leave a comment to my review and I'll get back to you."

Finally I got to tasted this overhyped kopi susu in BSD, the exact location is in Taman Jajan BSD. Located in the upper stairs, the place is not really big and specialized for take away only. There are only some long bench to queue there. So, no 'nongkrong-nongkrong dulu' here. Its very crowded in the noon time, so, not really convenience. We ordered the famously 'es kopi susu tetangga' that turned out bad, its not our liking (I went there with my husband, and he didnt like it either). So, for people who said 'tuku is the best coffee in town', no, there are tons of better tasted-coffee out there guys, you need to get out from your comfort zone.

Saya masuk ke kafe itu dan langsung disambut dengan aroma kopi yang begitu kuat. Aroma itu sangat menyenangkan dan membuat saya merasa segar dan semangat. Kafe itu memiliki suasana yang sederhana dan hangat, dengan dinding putih yang bersih dan ornamen kayu yang memberikan sentuhan yang sempurna. Saya memutuskan untuk memesan nasi cumi kecombrang dan secangkir cappuccino, dan setelah beberapa menit menunggu, makanan dan minuman saya tiba di meja. Saya sangat senang melihat hidangan di depan saya. Nasi cumi kecombrang itu sangat menarik, dengan cumi yang dibalut tepung dan saus kecombrang yang lezat di atasnya. Saya sangat menikmati tekstur kenyal dan garing pada saat yang sama, serta rasa saus yang melekat pada cumi. Sungguh hidangan yang luar biasa! Setelah menyelesaikan hidangan utama, saya memesan hot chocolate yang terkenal di kafe tersebut. Saya menunggu dengan sabar sampai minuman itu tiba di meja. Ketika minuman tersebut tiba, saya menyeruputnya dengan perlahan dan merasakan kelezatannya. Rasanya creamy dan manis, dengan aroma coklat yang kaya. Sungguh nikmat dan sangat memuaskan! Meskipun meja dan kursinya agak kecil dan tidak terlalu nyaman, tetapi suasana kafe tersebut sangat nyaman dan menenangkan. Kafe itu memiliki atmosfer yang sangat santai, dengan musik jazz yang dimainkan di latar belakang. Saya merasa sangat senang dan merasa seperti di rumah sendiri. Saya sangat merekomendasikan tempat ini untuk siapa saja yang ingin menikmati kopi yang enak dan makanan yang lezat di suasana yang nyaman dan santai. Saya pasti akan kembali ke kafe ini suatu saat nanti.

Great place, add it to your regular coffee stop or tourist coffee place to stop. Very nice atmosphere and clean. Coffee offered is barista style and taste was good. Initially had a sour taste, but it was not sour milk, jut the bean. The sourness disappeared leaving a very nice taste. Maybe just my taste buds??? I had the kopi susu tetangga (asked for sugar on the side). Coffee was unfortunately cold. Next time I will ask them to heat the milk up with the frother or microwave. I would have given a 5 otherwise.

Not just any other 'Es Kopi Susu' Known as the founder of Es Kopi Susu, Tuku serves a unique taste of Milk Coffee. Perfect ratio of espresso, milk, creamer, and brown sugar turn into a creamy and rich Es Kopi Susu. Must must must try!!! This Toko Kopi is located at a gas station. Once we enter, we will see a unique & simple white interior. Lots of Indonesian words & phrases written here and there. The service is excellent! Welcomed with warm smile, taking orders organizely and super fast I would day.
