Nellson Roti & Mie — Restaurant in South Sulawesi

A place to go if you’re craving for non-halal / pork chinese food.

I’ve tried mie pangsit besar 50k (pork charsiew, chicken, babi tore), bakso goreng 6k (pork), air tahu 15k, bakpao 18k (only got pork filling).

The mie pangsit is similar to mie UP with the toppings, minyak wijen & minyak babi taste; although the noodle isn’t as big and chewy. Ordering big portion apparently is too big for me to finish all the noodle. Bakso goreng is crispy and soft. The bakpao babi could have more fillings, the bao’s texture is soft and tastes nice though. Air tahu is sweetened.

Reaching this place is not easy for foreigners though, because it is outside of Rantepao city. The staffs aren’t quite knowledgable about the products and are very busy. The place is quite clean though, so it’s okay and...

One of the best chinese resto in Toraja. Good price, good food, but too bad service. Went there many times but most of the time didn’t got proper service, too slow. The staffs are just standing there, clueless, not even trying to do anything while there’s bunch of people waiting for the menu list...
