Mie Kocok Aceh Suk Asin — Restaurant in Surabaya

I just tried it through Grab Food, haven't gone to the place itself. I tried Mie Tomat because based on review, the standard Mie Kocok taste sweet, like bakmoy, which is not my preference. They said mie tomat is more refreshing with a hint of sourness and spiciness that can be adjusted according to your liking. I ordered mie tomat ayam jamur (mushroom + chicken). The portion is quite a lot for me, but maybe standard for some. The broth itself already contains tomatoes and eggs (like what you find in indomie rebus), so it's up to you if you want to add additional sunny side egg. The taste of chickens and mushrooms are sweet, but it balanced with sour and spicy broth. There is also beansprouts, which I like and add texture to overall food. For onion pickles, personally I don't really like it because I don't like pickles haha.. but I must say it...

One of my favourite place to eat. One of their best I think is mie tomat. Sooo tasty. And their unique drink is kopi terbalik. It os so funny when you drink this because you have to blow up the bottom of the glass with straw and the coffee will come out and you can drink it. The other food that I like in here is tahu tauge. I love the taste and the tofu. Really recommend to you who likes tofu. The fried rice for me to be honest I don't really like but it doesn't mean it's not delicious. Maybe if you eat that fried rice and you love the taste. Well...you have to go there and eat that mie tomat and mie kocok. Their service is also good. I love it and the price is not expensive for me. So,go there and try...

This place is awesome. I think this is the best Aceh Food in Surabaya. I've already tried many Mie Kocok or the Other Aceh Food in Surabaya but if it comes for the taste, this restaurant is the winner.

I highly suggest you guys to try their Best Selling Cuisine called MIE TOMAT SPECIAL TELUR SETENGAH MATANG. Its Home Made noodle with tomato soup with very mild heat and Half Boiled Egg.

And for the drink, you can try Ice Tea Tarik or UPSIDE DOWN COFFE. Believe me guys if you order that coffe, you will be amaze especially...
