I had the pleasure of experiencing the Omakase Coffee at NordicByTheFounders last week, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Over five thoughtfully curated courses, we explored a range of unique coffee flavors, each expertly presented by a knowledgeable barista who shared fascinating insights into the origin, flavor profiles, and brewing methods of each coffee.

What really stood out was the attention to detail—even the thickness of the cup was discussed in relation to how it can influence taste. The owner also took time to share his deep knowledge of brewing tools and how something as simple as the shape of a glass coffee server can affect the overall experience.

Finally i visited this cafe which I had recognize from social media long time ago. They served great coffee. I ordered both filtered coffee and espresso based. The espresso really excited me since the name and the flavor match perfectly. It was a perfect black currant from an espresso. I even shocked by the time the aroma entered my nose, it was certainly black currant, and when i tasted it, it was getting better! Since it was very rare i find an espresso that is very balanced in the taste and high in sweetness. Enjoyed my visit and defo will visit again!

Cofffe shop dengan pelayanan Omakase ini adalah yang pertama di Surabaya. Dulunya tempat ini ada di JL Tidar. Tempat yang lama, sempit dan kurang nyaman. Sekarang lebih besar, lebih nyaman, dan lebih modern. Restoran ini menyajikan berbagai jenis kopi dengan rasa yang autentik dan lezat. Harga yang ditawarkan juga sedikit lebih tinggi dibandingkan rata rata.

Untuk pelayanan : Table service, pelayanan restoran tradisional di mana tamu dilayani langsung di meja mereka. Dalam metode ini, tamu duduk dan pelayan mendatangi meja untuk mengambil pesanan, membawa makanan dan minuman, serta menangani kebutuhan lainnya selama tamu bersantap. Omakase, pelayanan restoran membuat 5 jenis kopi berdaarkan arahan pemilik. Sambutannya ramah dan profesional Pelayanan yang cepat dan tepat. Komunikasi pelayanan menjawab pertanyaan, memberikan informasi tentang menu, dan mengatasi keluhan pelanggan dengan baik.
