🍽️ Restoran "Sari Laut Kapasan" is known for its various seafood dishes. The restaurant, located on Jalan Kapasan, is the main branch out of a total of two branches that have spread to several areas in Surabaya, namely the Rungkut and Wiyung branches.

🦀 Their famous dish is the unique and delicious crab dish. The location is on the main road, and parking for cars and motorcycles is also available at variable costs, ranging from 3000-4000 depending on the type of vehicle. During busy hours, especially around 6 pm, parking access can be a bit difficult due to the influx of diners.

🍴 They provide three types of stir-fried seasonings, namely butter sauce (salty and savory taste), soy sauce (sweet and savory taste), and sweet and sour sauce (sweet and sour and savory taste). I personally recommend the sweet and sour seasoning. They offer crabs in three sizes: small, medium, and large. There are also dorang and lele, which we can order to be fried or grilled. For dorang, if grilled, they will fry it first before grilling. I do not recommend the grilled dorang, but you can try the fried dorang, it is guaranteed to be delicious.

🍚 A serving of rice is quite abundant and suitable for one adult. They also serve various drinks that are delicious and refreshing.

🕌 There is a prayer room or a place to pray with a maximum capacity of 4 adults. For access to the prayer room and wudhu place, you can ask the cashier or waiter who is on duty.

🍽️ You can also order food by phone and ask for it to be served when you arrive at the location. This way, the food served will always be fresh, warm, and not cold.

🥬 For vegetable dishes, I tried the sautéed kangkung. In my opinion, it was cooked too long and too soupy, and the vegetables were not crispy and tended to be too soft and mushy. I do not recommend ordering the sautéed kangkung.

🍹 I recommend trying the sinom drink. It has a fresh, delicious taste, not too sweet, and does not use artificial sweeteners.

💰 For the price offered, I think it is reasonable and commensurate with the location, the restaurant's atmosphere, and the service provided. The place is clean, and the utensils available also seem to be well-maintained.

the place is quite good. the hygiene is so-so. local people said it is one of the best seafood in town you can find, and the price is quite higher than mostly seafood with similar standards. i'm not that satisfied with the taste, since the taste is kind of plain, and the price is around 40-50k for a menu, so for me it is just overrated. you can find many seafood way better than this with good taste and good price. but if you want to find seafood with similar standard but with more hygiene (even though not that clean) then may be this...
