Located in elite housing in West Surabaya. Serving Indonesian local foods.

Parking area is not much available but there is helpful parking guy, and some cars have to park on the road side. Restaurant management provide cones for safety.

Dining area bright with big windows, quiet spacious and clean. All looked tidy even on their snack or crackers rack area.

Portion quiet generous, price is quiet reasonable.

Tastewise, it is so delicious. They are strong but not over. Quiet punchy but spot on. Recommended. Then I just know that it owned by Nasi Empal Bu Yudi... a simple resto which famous with its delicious Nasi Empal as their signature dish. Not surprise.

As soon as you walk in you can feel the difference. Other restaurants are usually not as clean or disorganized but Weby is different. The floor is clean, the seats all have new-looking and feeling cushions, the art on the wall is detailed and paints a story for customers to read as they're waiting for their meals. There's a conveniently creative snack bar that allows you to choose any amount of crackers, chips, etc. for you to eat with your food.

The leather on the seats, the leather on the menus, the lighting, and the paper covers for the utensils makes the experience...

The food is really good! If you're looking for something that tastes very Indonesian, this is the place for you. The sambal is very spicy, but delicious, they even sell the sambal in bottles. They have terasi and non terasi kind of sambal so everyone can eat. The empal is super delicious, not chewy at all. We ordered Nasi Empal Weby and Empal Penyet and both were very good. The place is comfortable, clean, cool with air conditioning. And for a place that sells sambal terasi, the place does not reek of terasi. Between tables it is spacious, it is not clustered. It was a great experience in Weby. We recommend everyone to come and experience dining...
