Visited this café for the first time and absolutely loved the ambiance, especially the outdoor garden area. The afternoon breeze added such a soothing touch, making it the perfect spot to unwind. That said, I do have a few notes that I hope the café can take into consideration for an even better experience:

There’s a tree in the outdoor garden with quite a few big red ants. It would be great if the café could address this to ensure guests can fully enjoy the space without any unwanted surprises.

I waited quite a while for my pastry and waffle after my drinks had already been served. When I asked, I was told they were being reheated. However, when they finally arrived, both were tough and hard to chew—I’m not sure how long they were left in the heater, but it seemed excessive. Perhaps a little refresher for the staff on proper reheating techniques and waffle-making would help!

Lastly, I noticed the coasters weren’t exactly spotless—it seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned between uses. Just a small detail, but ensuring pristine tableware would definitely elevate the overall experience.

Despite these little hiccups, I really enjoyed the atmosphere and would love to come back. Hope these suggestions help make this lovely café...

I visited this cafe twice, and the second time I was there, I brought my camera. I asked one of the staff whether I was allowed to take pictures with my camera or not, and he said I could, so I took a few pictures inside the cafe.

Not long after that, a well-dressed man, who I wasn’t sure was the owner or the manager on duty, went into a room with another staff member. Suddenly, the staff member came out and told me that I wasn’t allowed to take pictures with my camera. Can you believe that? I had already asked the staff, and he said it was okay to take pictures with a camera.

He asked me to pay if I wanted to take pictures with my camera or at least spend Rp200,000.

The owner/manager should have talked to me directly instead of asking his staff to speak to me about this matter.

There were no signs indicating that cameras were not allowed or anything of that sort.

I was furious because they were dishonest, and the manager on duty was very unprofessional.

I visited this café on March 29, 2025 at 9:10 PM and went straight to the cashier to order two Butterscotch Sea Salt Lattes and a mix platter. I was pretty disappointed with the service since it took forever. The drinks came at 9:40, but by 10:30, I still hadn’t received the food. I asked the waiters three times when it would arrive, and they said there was a mix-up because the order never made it to the kitchen! When I asked again, they just replied, “We’re still making it.” I mean, how long does it take to put together a mix platter? By 10:45, nothing had happened, so I decided to take it away.
