Pin-W Sichuan Restaurant — Restaurant in Tangerang

Just found out that this was not a new restaurant but they re-opened Pin-W with a classic modern design. Surprisingly their food are very heart warming. The owner shared me some of the history, how all the spices combined and originated from Chongqing.

This was the fifth time we come back again to try their different menu each time. First we order their signature chicken Mala dish, you may request for the spiciness level, and I prefer their original. So good, balance perfectly and didnt give that stinging to the tounge if you accidentally bite the pepper corn. You can see in the picture how many times we ordered it.

We also tried their signature fish dish, very soft tender fresh blends all in one. Definitely something we never tried some where else before, very unique, even they helped remove the bone so we can enjoy it easily.

Another favourite dish of ours is the beef tripes (Huo bao something) the best Beef tripes in Mala mixed with green chili ever. They manage to remove the smell of the beed tripes so well, cooked to perfection where its very soft yet still chewy, fragrance with bursting of flavour in your mouth.

Non spicy option for kids was available luckily for the chicken, beef noodle soup or pin W fried rice. My kids start to enjoy mala as well. Not to forget I love their wontons and guo tie available in chicken, beef or pork.

Their location is very strategic, spacious and comfortable dining place, kind and informative waiter, friendly and humble owner. Longing to come...
