I was torn in two, as some parts of this cafe are exceptional, but the drinks were awful.

The cups for the beverages are cute and creative. They will serve you the biggest glass of ice tea you'll ever see: 1L for medium size, and 1.5L (or 1.8? I forgot) for L size

Food is great, their roti gandum is top notch. It's still fluffy and not too dry, the taste is very flavorful as well. The risol mayo is also one of my favs.

The disaster comes in their beverages. Their aren latte was 90% milk, 5% sugar and 5% coffee. You can barely taste a hint of the coffee (no smell, no bitterness, nothing), even the color of ur drink will only turn a slightly pale cream color (not even brown). Ordered an americano to bring out the coffee taste, but it was even too bland, like they only use one drop of grinded coffee mixed with one cup of water 😂😂

The strawberry drink was also plain milk with strawberry syrup & essence, but it tastes nothing like strawberry, just milk and sugar 😅

I will recommend this if you're a student/someone tight in budget as their prices are relatively affordable and they often give discount. Good place for WFC too, with quite stable internet speed, nice ambience and sufficient electric sockets.

A visit to this coffee shop was a mix of highs and lows. The food, especially the toast, was fantastic, and the prices were affordable. The coffee was average but acceptable. However, the service was shockingly bad and completely undermined the experience.

From the start, the staff didn’t greet us or acknowledge our presence, instead choosing to chat with each other as if we weren’t there. Despite the place being empty, service was slow. To make matters worse, when we finished, there was no “thank you” or acknowledgment—just silence and indifference.

It’s a shame because the food shows potential, but the staff’s attitude is ruining it. Hospitality is the backbone of this industry, and basic courtesy like greeting and thanking customers is non-negotiable. I hope they realize this and improve because no amount of good food can make up for such poor.

I hope the owner can address this and provide proper training for the staff to ensure the service meets industry standards. It would be a shame for a business with such potential to lose customers over an issue that’s...

Bener2 ga worth it, pesen kopi tapi ga berasa kopinya sama sekali, encer dan cuma manis macem sirup padahal uda less sugar. Utk roti juga bilangnya sih roti gandum tp pas makan ga berasa itu roti gandum 🙂 PELAYANAN SUPER BAD. Awal customer masuk aja mesti kita yang say hello dulu (?) WKWKWKWKW kasir santai sekali masih duduk dan pura2 ga liat. Persiapan pesanan lamaaaaa, sempet nyadar pesanan ku ternyata uda siap tapi di diemin gitu aja, malah di tinggal kasir ke dapur padahal di meja bar msh ada 2 staff yg ga sibuk2 amat (koordinasi antar team nya gimana ?) minimal kalo gamau anterin ke customer ya teriak aja panggil namanya, kita sbg customer bisa kok ambil sendiri. Cukup pertama dan terakhir kalinya order disini wkwk btw saya pesen 2 kopi 1 roti keadaan store cm ada 1 org lebih dulu sebelum saya yg masih nunggu pesanannya dan pesanan saya siap dalam waktu -+ 1 jam,...
