Hi Brew ! coffe and resto - Green Lake City — Restaurant in Tangerang

Nothing's wrong with the food. They prepare good and yummy food. But the service was bad! Really bad! I have visited the place 3 times. 2 out 3 times, they gave us bad service. Especially the last time I went there, the waitress named Tina refused to give us candle by giving us bad attitude. We said there was some flies around our table, and we asked for the candle politely, but she answered us with, "There is no fly. If there is, just catch it." What on earth a waitress could ever say that to customers??!?!?!?!?!?!? And then we said, "Ok, how could we eat then? Will you catch if for us?" She replied, "No, I have a lot of things to" and then left.

She could have just said sorry for the inconveniences caused instead of giving us a bad time eating there.

It is such a serious issue for restaurant like that. Your yummy food doesn't come with good service. Our money don't worth it.

For the manager/supervisor, please train the waiters and...

OMG !!!! THIS PLACE IS GREAT I wandered in just to see but soon saw the full English breakfast on the menu. Not many minutes later one was on my table - It was fantastic. 2 perfect eggs with 2 perfect slices of toast and a chorus of sausages with a beef slice. The staff were very helpful and friendly with it.

Edit - I read a review that suggested the staff were poor and inefficient, maybe even rude. I can't agree with those comments and would like to offer my experience with them. I've only been twice, but the ladies were amazing on both occasions. 'Helpful' is a massive understatement and '100%' isn't enough to describe their attitude and efficiency. The upshot is, they made my visit easy and relaxing. Thank you to the staff at Grind and Brew.

Back again. 12 Feb 24 - The Nachos...

One of the best coffee shop in Green Lake, close to the lake/river esplanade itself. Cozy ambience, with comforting decoration and interior, it has smoking room outside. The service absolutely wonderful, in the menu they recommend us to try Coffee Tusara, which is Lampung Robusta blend with brown sugar. (P.s : they'll make donation to Tsunami victims in Palu by the profit after the Tusara coffee sold 1000, now they have reached 800).
