Read moreOrdered soto ayam, soto sapi, kwetiau goreng telor, and 2 extra fried eggs. soto ayam, kwetiau and one egg came, soto sapi took almost 1 hour to come. Missed still one fried egg. Asked for sweet soja sauce also after asked many times and we upset and express it, the soto sapi came, then sweet soja sauce. And the one missed fried egg they already put in kwetiau goreng telor without informed us at all, we thought 2 extra fried eggs will be served in one plate (because the one fried egg served in one plate already, also that kwetiau telor means with fried egg). Anyway what we really upset that after many complains there was no follow up actions at all. Although at the end they gave 50% discount for kwetiau sapi only, it did not convince us/compensate such lousy service. The only thing we can give positive feedback was The food taste....

The staff are friendly, the food taste quite good. However a bit different compare to LKT in other places.
My experience a bit unpleasant because: My order took placed first, however the same food goes to other customer first who comes much later than me. We order quite numbers of food such as half boiled egg (not that hot when served), roti srikaya (which i order first but served to other first), uyen (i order fist but i saw it served to the other customer first as well), kue lobak (which they forget to served).
