This time I ordered: Empal Gentong (coconut milk based) π Empal Asem (clear soup based, sour & fresh) π Sate Kambing (Goat Satay) π Nasi Lengko Fried Chicken Tahu Gejrot Es Duren (Durian Ice Cream) The empal dish is definitely delicious, the beef was cooked until tender. The soup definitely you choose by preference. The goat satay is also delicious, the fat burst in your mouth like heaven. You can skip other menus and just opt for these 2 items. A bowl of empal for IDR 25K is really fair, I would even order 2 portions. Satay was pricey at IDR 60K / 10 sticks, but it's indulgent. Empal is served quickly but the satay needs more time to arrive, for obvious reasons. Parking is roadside and quite a headache in peak lunch and dinner time.
