I told him I made no sense, he said he knew about it but his boss orders and the person who managed the booking through booking . Com does not manage the place , so it's this price (take it or leave it ) . I counted the money and gave it to the receptionist. He also counted and gave me the room keys . We drop our luggage and come out for the beach . The same receptionist now asks for an extra 200 k that he counted wrong while doing check inn . Again, rude manner. I told him it's just wrong, and he said I have to pay or leave . It's a holiday, it shouldn't matter. But then clearly something is wrong, I ask for a receipt. The receipt is missing both the extra charges different from the booking site and the extra 200 . When I point out, dude say is how his boss runs the business his just an employee. We go spend the day out ,the location is beautiful. After dinner, we come back and open the room door it stinks like you just open the latrine . I ask the reception for an air freshener, guy give me a can , when I press is empty . Asked again for the same dude, he laughs off my face, give me another can , and empty again . When I point out it is empty and why they are trying so hard to offer bad service, he just tell "you just complain about everything our service isn't bad " . Had booked 2 nights regretting while still on the first and definitelyregrettinghavingpaid extra at check-in . I am canceling the second night but sure won't have a refund as a single visit tourism mentality is clear . Rip the guests off whenever you can they won't be back anyway.||The location in the island is amazing but the remaining from services to quality of stay has a lot of creative liberty , room views are not like advertised . Stinks like a latrine molded bathrooms , and staff behavior it's just worrisome.||Be aware and avoid the scam . When the manager Mr criest try to speak with us he said would only refund if we remove this review as well. (Print screens , we were physically prevented from leaving, 3 staff closed my way and told us we aren't leaving while not removing the review . || until ask to have police call we couldn' tleave . The staff are so kind, knowledgeable and supportive to give you the best experience. From educating about the island, the culture and the local delicacies. I appreciated how they made recommendations, and even gave us tips on better things to order.
Highly recommend to eat at the seafood bbq. It was some of the best food we had on the island . The fish is caught fresh so it's not fishy and comes off the bone effortlessly. They'll cook it for you based on your preferences. We had it 3 times including one time where we caught the fish and they helped prepare a delicious meal with it. Talk to the staff, manager Chriest or chef Kutub and they'll take care of you listening to your food preferences. The chef Mr Kutub was amazing and shared with us his secrets to how he cooks and prepares the food.
The caipririnha drink was super good too. The best cocktail I had on the island.
The rooms were super clean, smelled great and air con was perfect. The shower was really nice too. It's so nice being by the beach so you can swim, snorkel, shower, clean up, eat all within 10m from your room door that overlooks the beach.
This is now my go to place, and I'm looking forward to bringing my friends here next time.
