New Furama Senggigi Resto — Restaurant in West Nusa Tenggara

Overpriced and staff were very rude. I have been eating in gili and lombok for the last 4 days and here for holiday... this was the only dissapointment and the biggest one overall. Would not comeback to eat here even if it is the only restaurant that opens. Asked for sop ayam for kid, we specifically asked for soup menu they offered sop ayam. And they gave us capcay. We know what sop ayam looks like and what capcay looks like. One waiter tried to convince us that it was sop ayam. We asked other staff and they said it was capcay. If they ran out then just tell us, do not replace with things we dont want. Ask for crabs and they were too small and tried to convice that people like small crabs. I have never come across people that like small crabs. Too much effort to get to the meat with very little meat. If you ran out of big crabs then just say so. We asked for baby chairs... just asking if they have it or not so we can decide whether to bring stroller or not. Waitress says wait, not “please wait” but wait with very rude tone. First time seeing prawn per kg 300.000 rupiah and more expensive than that small crabs per kg 200.000. I recommend fellow travelerers to not dine here. It will...

Just have dinner there. It used to be a good service and food. What makes i give 1 stars:

We order a grill fish, and because my wife cannot eat a spicy food, so she ask the grill chef for not put anything spicy... the chef said, the grill with garlic. But then he said no garlic.. and it end up the fish grill plain.. no taste at all.

The service that very dissapointed. We complain and ask the manager.. one of the waiters told us the Mgr is in Bali. And then the waiter blame us coz we ask only grill the fish... not telling the chef to put any of seasoning. Well, we ain't a chef..surely the chef should give us recommendation..not just take order without thinking of the taste.

I agree with Amin Abu Bakar. We went there last night from our driver who took us there. Upon arrival, the manager told us to come and choose the desired fish/seafood. Luckily my father is au fait with buying seafood, he noticed that the fish we chose doesnt look like 1kg. We then removed the fish from the weight and the scale already had 300-400g on. We then removed the metal plate on the scale and the scale had 100g on. So big cheat on weight per item.
