The best store to buy sweets in Yazd! Don't leave without coming here! My friend Ali recommended me to come here to try traditional sweets and so nice the owners, after discovering that I travel around the world, they took me behind to see the part where they produce the sweets. The whole team was super nice and they showed us the whole process and the best thing is that they let us taste different freshly made sweets 😍. Perfect place to buy some souvenirs in the shape of sweets. Can usually we were not sure which sweets to buy however we met one of the managers who kindly gave us to try some of the sweets. They have displays of the products with prices and ingredients in both English and Farsi languages so you can you easily see what you’re buying. Once you know it you to need to feel a form with all the options where you write the number of items that you want, then you handle it to the desk who prepares the goods and gives you the ticket price to pay in the cash window. اگر به یزد سفر کرده باشید و دنبال خرید شیرینی‌های سنتی و معروف این شهر باشید، قطعاً اسم «حاج خلیفه رهبر» به گوشتان خورده. یکی از معروف‌ترین و قدیمی‌ترین شیرینی‌فروشی‌های یزد که به‌نوعی تبدیل به یکی از جاذبه‌های گردشگری شهر شده است.

من چند روز پیش دوباره از این شیرینی‌فروشی خرید کردم. نکته‌ای که در نگاه اول جلب توجه می‌کنه، صف طولانی مشتری‌هاست، حتی در روزهای خلوت یا ساعات غیرپیک. این موضوع نشون‌دهنده‌ی محبوبیت و اعتماد مردم به کیفیت شیرینی‌های حاج خلیفه است.

نکات مثبت: یکی از نکات خیلی خوب این بود که روز تعطیل هم باز بودن، که واقعاً برای مسافرها و گردشگرهایی مثل من که زمان محدودی دارن، امتیاز بزرگی محسوب می‌شه. برخورد کارکنان هم حرفه‌ای و مودبانه بود و با صبر و حوصله سفارش‌ها رو می‌پیچیدن.

کیفیت: طعم و کیفیت شیرینی‌ها هنوز هم مثل قبل عالیه؛ همون باقلواهای نرم و خوش‌عطر، قطاب‌هایی که توی دهن آب می‌شن، و لوزهایی با طعم گلاب و پسته واقعی. مزه‌ها هنوز اصیل و سنتی باقی مونده، بدون اینکه به دام صنعتی شدن یا اضافه‌کاری بیفته.

نکات منفی: تنها چیزی که ممکنه یه‌کم اذیت‌کننده باشه، قیمت‌هاست. نسبت به گذشته افزایش زیادی داشتن، و ممکنه برای بعضی‌ها گرون به نظر برسه. البته باید گفت که مواد اولیه باکیفیت و دست‌ساز بودن محصولات، تا حد زیادی این قیمت رو توجیه می‌کنه.

جمع‌بندی: در کل، اگر دنبال یه سوغاتی ارزشمند و اصیل از یزد هستید، حاج خلیفه رهبر هنوز هم یکی از بهترین انتخاب‌هاست. کیفیت همچنان عالیه، محیط تمیز و مرتب، برخورد خوب، و مهم‌تر از همه، طعمی که هنوز اصالت یزد رو حفظ کرده. فقط آماده باشید که کمی...
