I had dinner here one night, and the experience was a mixture of positives and negatives. First, the atmosphere is very nice in a relatively small location, which seems to have been a house. The food was of decent quality. I had the dish called Qanbar polo, which was very tasty, and the portion was really large.
However, the service needs a serious improvement and reconsideration by the owners. After sitting for over 10 minutes and having decided on the order, nobody approached me to take the actual order. I had to call one of the two girls. One of them came with a very dry, unwelcoming, and direct manner. The way that she spoke was as if she were being forced to be there. Later, I saw that the same girls who were taking orders were also cleaning the tables. When employees are burned with tasks of more than one position, their enthusiasm to continue the work dies, and it is reflected in how their treat the customers.
Overall, I was very happy with the food, but I would probably not return as the .inner in which I was received was nowhere near the hospitality expected in a catering...

I got the menus myself and then found out they didn't even have their best sellers. After we got out appetizers, we asked for bread. We were 4 people, so they should have at least given 2, right? They just gave 1 so we had to ask another time.

Read moreمن شش سال است که سالی دو مرتبه بابت کنترل پزشکی به شیراز مسافرت میکنم، هر مرتبه یک یا دو مرتبه غذا در این رستوران میخوردم، ولیکن امروز رفتار بسیار زننده و غیر حرفهای از تیم مستقر در شعبه ستارخان دیدم که اصلا موضوع کیفیت غذا بی اهمیت میشود و تنها بحث احترام و مشتری مداری باقی می ماند. بابت ۱۶۰هزار تومان میز سالاد و سلف! همسر من بخاطر عمل پزشکی، غذا نخورده بود و من خودم در هتل ناهار خوردم. بعد از اتمام کار در بیمارستان جهت صرف ناهار به رستوران رفتیم و به کارمند رستوران گفتم فقط یک غذا و یک میز سلف مبخواهیم، گفت چون دو نفر هستید، باید دو میز سلف سفارش بدهید، گفتم من ناهار خورده ام و غذا نمیخواهم و گفت پس لااقل یک سوپ سفارش بدهید، که سفارش دادم. کاراگاهی که در رستوران میچرخد و تعداد لقمههایی که مشتریان میل میکنند را می شمارد، برای ما یک سالاد اضافه ثبت کرده بود! آنهم بخاطر اینکه مثلا من علاوه بر سوپ اجباری چند پره کاهو از کنار سالاد همسرم خورده بودم! آنهم به قیمتی بیش از ۷۰٪ بالاتر بعنوان جریمه!!! از این پس، من نه خودم به این رستوران خواهم رفت و قطعا به تمام افرادیکه این رستوران را معرفی کرده بودم نیز خواهم گفت. واقعا خجالت آور است که رستورانی با این دک و پوز و ادعا، ۲ سالاد و میز سلف با شما حساب کند، چون کارمندش دیده که مثلا من یکم کاهو و زیتون از ظرف همسرم خورده ام. این گدا صفتی است ، ما که لنگ ۱۶۰هزار نیستیم، وقتی بابت یک وعده ناهار یک میلیون تومان پرداخت میکنی، یعنی دزد چهارتا تیکه کاهو هستی!! ترجیح میدهم پولم را به گدا کنار خیابون بدهم تا اینطوری ازم گدا...
