Bagh-e Saba Traditional Restaurant — Restaurant in Tehran

Its a quiet big place underground but it has a tiny entrance so dont get dissappointed if you couldnt find it out on street in the first look. Inside of the restaurant is really beautiful, its traditionally decorated with different handicrafts from different areas around Iran, the walls are made of dark brown bricks which are really fitting with the places vibe. Its built in 2 levels underground, first level is for serving tea and hookah during the time they dont serve lunch or dinner; a Qahveh Khane. Their live music is being played while they serve dinner in the 2nd floor underground which you need to go back through the small entrance to reach it, if you want to see them playing music for you while you eat dinner go there after 19:30. Prices are a bit high, and thats why I gave them 4 stars and not 5, for example they have different tea services that start from 150000 rials to 700000 rials per person but the place itself is worth spending a bit more than usual. They are polite and and really tried to serve us the best way they could, we asked them to take pictures of the place and even though some of the workers were sleeping in the second floor, it was after restaurants lunchtime so they were resting to recharge for dinner, the manager allowed us to go there with a friendly smile. یک تجربه افتضاح در باغ صبا – هرگز پیشنهاد نمی‌کنم! ⭐☆☆☆☆

دیشب (۹ فروردین) به همراه خانواده به سفره‌خانه سنتی باغ صبا رفتیم و متأسفانه یکی از بدترین تجربه‌های رستورانی‌ام رقم خورد. قبل از مراجعه تماس گرفتم، شرایط رو پرسیدم و رزرو کردم. گفته شد که ورودیه هر نفر ۲۳۰ هزار تومان است، برای کودک ۷ ساله هزینه‌ای دریافت نمی‌شود، و سایر هزینه‌ها بر اساس سفارش خواهد بود. اما آنچه در نهایت اتفاق افتاد، چیزی جز یک سوءاستفاده آشکار از نجابت و ناآگاهی مشتریان نبود.

مشکلات و کلاه‌برداری‌ها: خواننده‌های اصلی نبودند و به‌جای آن‌ها افرادی کاملاً معمولی برنامه اجرا می‌کردند، بدون اینکه قبلاً اطلاع داده شود. قرار بود پک شیرینی و نبات برای هر نفر باشد، اما در عوض سه عدد پک باقلوا روی تخت گذاشته بودند، که بعداً برای هر کدام ۱۰۰ هزار تومان حساب شد! از سالاد بار، فقط یک پیش‌دستی سالاد فصل، یک پیش‌دستی میرزاقاسمی، یک پیش‌دستی کشک بادمجان و یک پیاله سوپ جو برداشتیم، اما بعداً در فاکتور برای هر پیش‌دستی ۲۵۰ هزار تومان! حساب شد. حتی یک پیاله سوپ ساده را هم ۲۵۰ هزار تومان زدند! بدون اینکه کسی از ما بپرسد، فالوده شیرازی آوردند و بعد دیدیم در فاکتور ۱۰۰ هزار تومان بابتش حساب شده! پک میوه‌ای که روی تخت بود، شامل فقط ۲ موز، یک سیب، دو خیار و یک پرتقال – هزینه‌اش ۴۰۰ هزار تومان!!! چای نامحدود بود، اما وقتی قلیان سفارش دادیم، گفتند باید یک قوری چای هم اجباری سفارش دهید! ۵۰ هزار تومان بابت قوری چای اضافه گرفتند، در حالی که قرار بود چای بخشی از سرویس باشد. غذای اصلی کاملاً سرد سرو شد و مجبور شدیم آن را پک کنیم و ببریم.

بدترین بخش ماجرا:

بعد از گذشت یک روز، برای اعتراض تماس گرفتم، اما مدیر سفره‌خانه حاضر نشد با من صحبت کند! هرچقدر اصرار کردم، فقط یکی از کارمندان پاسخ داد که نشان‌دهنده بی‌احترامی کامل به مشتری و عدم پاسخگویی این مجموعه است.

جمع‌بندی:

✅ کیفیت غذا: ۱/۱۰ – غذا سرد و بی‌کیفیت ✅ شفافیت قیمت‌ها: ۰/۱۰ – سوءاستفاده آشکار از مشتری ✅ خدمات: ۲/۱۰ – پرسنل هیچ توضیحی درباره هزینه‌ها نمی‌دهند ✅ فضای رستوران: ۵/۱۰ – معمولی، اما خواننده‌ها کاملاً معمولی بودند

نتیجه: اگر دوست دارید در پایان شبی که برای تفریح و لذت برنامه‌ریزی کرده‌اید، با یک فاکتور غیرمنصفانه، خدمات ضعیف و اعصاب خرد شده بیرون بیایید، باغ صبا انتخاب خوبی است! اما اگر دنبال یک جای محترم با قیمت‌های شفاف و کیفیت مناسب هستید، این مکان را به هیچ وجه...

I was there last night. Excellent atmosphere with finnes Iranian architecture. We chose live performance package. There is entrance fee and tea package per person (1,500, 000 R). Three different singers with different styles performed their traditional Iranian and Turkish songs. It was so exhilarating and you could dance in your seat. On the other hand food was not so good, rice was cold and kebabs had low quality, especially that their price were so high. Service was very good.
