Bahar Kebab — Restaurant in Tehran

Bahar Kabab restaurant has undoubtedly served me the best kabab I have ever tasted in my life. The flavors were absolutely exceptional, leaving a lasting impression on my taste buds.

However, it is important to note that the restaurant does have a few areas for improvement. One significant drawback is the lack of individual tables, which often results in waiting for a seat or sharing a table with others. This can be inconvenient for those seeking a more private dining experience.

Another aspect to consider is their exclusive focus on serving kababs without rice. While the kababs themselves are outstanding, some customers may miss the option of having rice as a complementing side dish.

Despite these minor shortcomings, the outstanding quality of the kababs alone deserves recognition. Therefore, I am inclined to give Bahar Kabab restaurant a well-deserved rating of 5 stars for their delectable kababs. The food quality is mediocre and it's not special at all, don't pay attention to the queue in front of the restaurant. The price for this type of quality and service is high. The most important thing about this place is the lack of cleanliness. It's more than awful!

Let's start from the entrance. The floor is greasy, and your shoes will be stuck to the ground(not joking). The staff is untrained, their clothes are filthy they don't even wear shoes and walking around with slippers!

Cutlery and the dishes are the lowest quality in the market. And after all of these you have to face an arrogant and rude cashier, which is the owner of the restaurant.

I have been a customer to this restaurant for years and I highly recommend it. There are just 3 dishes available on the menu: 1. Kebab Koobideh ( Minced lamb or beef skewers) 2. Jooje Kebab ( Grilled chicken marinated in saffron and lemon ) 3. Chenjeh Kebab ( marinated chunks of lamb or beef ) (The most expensive one) I usually have Jooje Kebab and I really enjoy it.
