We tried four different pizzas at Elan Pizzeria: Bacon Pana, Diavola, Steak & Garlic, and Turkey with Cream Cheese. Unfortunately, none of them delivered a satisfying experience. The flavors were unbalanced across the board — bland at best, and in the case of the Steak & Garlic, there was barely any trace of garlic at all.
The crust was another major letdown: extremely thin, dry, and even burnt in places, which made the overall texture unpleasant.
On a more positive note, the ambiance of the place was decent — nothing extraordinary, but not bad either. However, the service was mediocre at best, leaning towards inattentive.
Overall, this was a disappointing visit. With better pizza options available elsewhere, I wouldn’t recommend Elan Pizzeria unless significant improvements are made in both taste...
