This branch is out phased a bit and the staff aren’t helpful or friendly. The quality of food is like any other branch but the service is almost nonexistent and i didn’t appreciate the unfriendliness to be honest. I probablu won’t visit again.

سام کافه شعبه‌های مختلفی داره ولی یکی از بهترین‌هاش به نظرم شعبه‌ی سنایی هست. به شدت برای کار کردن و درس خوندن پیشنهاد می‌کنم. قهوه‌هاش عالیه و آب معدنی هم بابتش پول نمی‌گیرن و خود مشتری لیوان می‌گیره و می‌تونه آب رو از مخزن شیشه‌ای زیبایی شارژ کنه. میزهای مرمری/چوبی خوشگلی داره. همیشه گل تازه رو میز دیده می‌شه. آباژورهایی واسه گرم کردن محیط داره. سرویس بهداشتی تمیز با آینه‌های زیبا برای میرور سلفی. شیرینی‌جات تازه و خوشمزه‌ای داره و اسنک‌هایی مثل ساندویچ‌هاش برای عصرونه آپشن خوبیه. احترام به مشتری زیاده و قیمتاش یکم بالاست ولی می‌ارزه. من مشتری هستم و تقریبا کل منو رو امتحان کردم. ماچا لاته آمریکانو کوکی بادوم زمینی کیک سه شیر رو از آیتم‌های کافه بهتون پیشنهاد می‌کنم.

در سال ۲۰۰۸ دیوید کارول گیتاریست و موسیقدان وقتی به همراه گروه خود با خطوط هوایی یونایتد عازم شیگاگو بود، با کمال تعجب از پنجره هواپیما دید که متصدیان حمل بار چمدان‌های مسافران را روی نوار حمل بار پرتاب می‌کنند. وقتی کارول به مقصد رسید دید گیتار ۳۵۰۰ دلاری او در اثر این جابجایی غیراصولی شکسته است. او پس از این اتفاق به شرکت هواپیمایی یونایتد شکایت کرد و علی‌رغم ۹ ماه پیگیری، شرکت هواپیمایی تنها پذیرفت که ۱۲۰۰ دلار بابت تعمیر گیتار به او بپردازد.

جالب این بود که مسئولین شرکت هواپیمایی همین مبلغ را نیز پرداخت نکردند! دیوید کارول (davecarrollmusic.com) به نشانه اعتراض یک ویدئو موزیک به نام یونایتد گیتارها را می‌شکند (United Breaks Guitar) ساخت و روی شبکه‌های اجتماعی قرار داد. همچنین در واکنش به طرفداران و کاربران تمام اسناد پیگیری‌های گیتار خسارت دیده خود را منتشر ساخت. این ویدئو در روز اول بیش از یک‌صدهزار بار دیده و دریافت شد و تاکنون بیش از ۱۵ میلیون بار در یوتیوب دیده شده است.

در پی این اعتراض خلاقانه، سهام شرکت هواپیمایی یونایتد (United) نزدیک به ۱۰ درصد افت کرد، یعنی حدود ۱۸۰ میلیون دلار از ارزش سهام این شرکت کاسته شد! علی‌رغم این‌که مدیران این شرکت از کارول عذرخواهی و دلجویی کردند چندسال طول کشید تا زیان وارده شده به اعتبار شرکت جبران شود. بعد از این واقعه مدیران هواپیمایی یونایتد اعلام کردند که به‌واسطه این پیش‌آمد تغییرات زیادی در بخش خدمات مشتریان ایجاد کرده‌اند.

مشاوران و متخصصان بازاریابی می‌گویند هر مشتری تجربه مثبت یا منفی خود را به طور متوسط با ۸ نفر دیگر – به‌طور مستقیم – در میان می‌گذارد. شبکه‌های اجتماعی و ارتباطی این فرایند را به‌‌ شکل گسترده‌ای تسریع و تشدید کرده‌اند. هر مشتری می‌تواند تجربه رضایت یا عدم آن را در زمان کوتاهی حداقل با ۵۰ تا ۱۰۰۰ نفر دیگر به صورت مستند به اشتراک بگذارد. اهمیت خدمات مشتریان و همین‌طور شبکه‌های اجتماعی در این داستان واقعی، کامل واضح...
