This place is seriously overrated!
For me, the experience and serving style are just as important as the food itself. Unfortunately, this spot fell short in every aspect.
First of all, there are no seats! You’re forced to eat while standing beside the counter, which is incredibly uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there’s no heater, so we were freezing the entire time.
They serve beverages in disposable cups instead of proper glasses, and oddly enough, they use plastic cups to hold tissues too—very unprofessional.
As for the food: while I appreciated the freshness of the ingredients, the dough was disappointing. I’ve had much better Neapolitan-style pizzas in Tehran. On top of that, the way they placed the turkey ham on the pizza was sloppy—it was so sparse that a stray cat outside ate more ham than I did!
The staff were also rude. When they asked for my feedback and I politely mentioned I’ve had better pizza elsewhere, they humiliated me.
The prices were average, but considering they don’t provide basic amenities (not even a plastic stool or a heater during winter), I felt the pricing was unjustified.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this...

If you’re craving authentic Italian pizza with no compromises on flavor or freshness, Jaat Pizza is an absolute gem. With 11 distinct varieties of Italian pizzas on the menu, there’s something for every pizza lover. I tried the Fongo Pizza, made with Irish bacon—and it was outstanding. Fresh, savory, and full of flavor, it’s the kind of pizza that stays with you.
One of the best things about Jaat Pizza is that all their pizzas are served super hot, straight from a traditional Napoletan oven. That high-heat fire gives the crust a perfect char while keeping the inside soft and cheesy. You can really taste the difference.
They also offer chicken wings as an appetizer, which are a great way to start your meal. Crisp, flavorful, and well-seasoned, they pair perfectly with the rich pizzas.
The only downside? There’s no seating. You can either stand and enjoy your pizza on the spot or take it to go. But honestly, it’s totally worth it. Jaat Pizza doesn’t just serve food—they deliver a real...
Read moreWe’re from Australia, where we are fortunate enough to have some excellent Neapolitan pizza. Having spent 2 months searching for decent pizza in Iran and giving up after being served pizza with frozen corn, peas and carrots, we finally found this gem of a pizzeria. Their Margherita is perfection. The fresh tomato sauce is the best part. We’ve also tried the funghu and the pepperoni and they were also great. This might be the only place in Iran that makes proper Italian pizza, with proper cheese and good, simple ingredients. It is certainly the opposite of overrated. You won’t be disappointed with a...
