Overview: During my recent visit to 99 Grill, I encountered several significant issues regarding service, food quality, and overall customer experience. Despite being a relatively quiet day, with only one table occupied besides mine, the service and food quality were well below acceptable standards. Key Issues:
1.Poor Service:
The staff's behaviour was far from welcoming or professional. There was a noticeable lack of attentiveness, and the overall attitude came across as indifferent. Despite the restaurant being almost empty (only one other table was occupied), I had to wait over 15 minutes for a simple burger. This kind of delay is unreasonable, especially considering the lack of customers at the time. 2.Food Quality:
The taste of the food was highly disappointing. The burger I ordered was bland and lacked flavour, making it clear that little attention was paid to the quality or preparation of the meal. The overall presentation of the food was below expectations for a restaurant like 99Grill, and it left much to be desired in terms of freshness and seasoning.
3.Slow Service Despite Low Occupancy:
It is particularly concerning that, with only one table of customers present, the kitchen and staff were still unable to serve meals promptly. This indicates either inefficiency in the kitchen or a lack of care from the staff in ensuring timely service. Conclusion: My experience at 99Grill was far from satisfactory. The poor attitude of the staff, combined with the long wait time for food and the subpar taste, made for an unpleasant dining experience. I would not recommend this restaurant based on my visit, as it failed to meet even basic expectations of service and food quality. If improvements are not made, it is likely that the restaurant may struggle to retain customers.

I have ordered two dif kinds wings with sauce and they were brought in less than a 30s I said it is ok lemme try it and I knew from that moment that meals we just had were micro-heated ! Even the burgers were brought in less than a min ! Not kidding...
