Master BBQ — Restaurant in Baghdad

I visited the restaurant on 3/11/2023 and came to try smoked brisket, and it was not available, so I asked for smoked beef cheeks, and my experience was as follows

Place: Although it is small, you can get an indoor or outdoor table with a western atmosphere, excellent service and friendly staff. There is also a place for parking cars on the sidewalk

Sauces: They serve meals with potato toast, coleslaw salad, pickles, honey, cherry salad, and grill sauce, in addition to Shake Shack sauce, which varies in flavors, all served in 50-gram boxes..

Main meal: The quantity of the meal was fairly good compared to the price .. The flavor was delicious despite the amount of smoke deposited on the meat (may be due to the poor wood used in smoking). The seasoning was good, but the meat was between soft and hard .. I felt that there were some artificial flavors in my mouth (flavor smoke, for example)

Recommend for the management:

I recommend changing the smoking mechanism or changing the type of wood, as it negatively affected the flavor

when taste hits your feelings! Really delicious food. It’s my first time visiting this place, and definitely it wouldn’t be the last. They are specialized in burgers and briskets making. Quality of meat they are using is fabulous. They serve many things in their menu: 1- different types of burgers, I’ve tried 2 of them the taste was amazing, juicy, and smokey. 2- briskets which I’ve seen the making process, and how meat being grilled on the steam of firewood for many hours before it being served. 3- fries, and wedges, which are made and spiced by their’s chef hands. highly recommended. 4- mozzarella sticks, were really good. 5- also, they got the “economy box” option which have both brisket and burgers with fries. 6- sauces, and cheese are available as well. They are using brioche bread. Let’s talk about place: Place is small and tiny area, I’ve had a talk with the restaurant owner. He have plans to develop the place’s area and so on.. only ground floor is available, Two sitting areas area available: inner area which have, point of sale , sitting bar, chairs and tables for sitting. outer area which have less sitting tables and chairs. Note that: brisket grill is located outside, for those people that might not like the grilling smell. Sitting is not your best sitting experience. Staff and owner were really nice, and helpful. free car parking is available by the Main Street. Prices are normal. Personally i say it does worth quality and service. I was introduced to this restaurant by a friend, who recommend it to me since its nearby my home. I went cycling and couldn't resist to stop and grab one sandwich. First introduction, its mid size fast food resturant, very clean, Jaz music, the staff are very friendly, and I have ordered a lamb burger Sandwich.

I took the Sandwich to home, I was amazed on how they take of the details, the packaging, the taste, ingridents. Everything was perfect. The meat was slowlly grilled, tasted super delicious and juicy, the sauce and dressing added more enjoyable experience. As a guy who is into burgers, this resturant is now on my favourite list, and I highly recommend you...
