Fellas — Restaurant in Cork

Please public beware of fellas Blackpool I became tired of getting half cooked food ,3 different occasions my daughter had hair in her kebab, I called them back the owner brought another one but made a big scene at my door that he works in the kitchen nobody has hair ,he just refused to take responsibility no apology complete ignorance on their part,I always tipped 5e every week until one night I had only the exact amount wasn't going to break a 50 the owner said you tip me double next week I stopped tipping them from hairs in the food, cold food over done food also fellas was made to close by the food authority for 3 months along side Speedos these places that have only Asian men who clearly refuse to wear the required garments gloves,hair mask, etc.... avoid those establishments I was in the bathroom another night in fellas guy who worked with food went for a piss and walked out rubbing his hands off his jeans never washed his hands he works there every night so if you are stupid enough to buy food from fellas or places like there consider your health before you make a purchase or if you do buy something check every bite good luck lads never ever again...

Back during the beast from the east when traffic had stopped , I chanced my arm to see which fast food places were open or possibly delivering and fellas appeared open on justeat so I rang to place an order for delivery which I was told it would not be delivered as the roads were too bad which was okay so I ordered a collection and I had walked down to the restaurant and back home through the snow and ice only to find half my order wasn't there but I was charged full price so I rang and was told it must have been a mix up and I can place a new order etc... I eventually got the employee to see half my order was missing but still had to come all the way back down to the restaurant to have abuse hurdled and an argument to follow. I would strongly discourage anyone from eating here as my food was cold when I got it and the staff wouldn't even apologise for not giving my order on full but still expected the full...

This is the 3RD time where I have placed and paid for my order online only to receive a notification more than 30 minutes later that the restaurant have "cancelled" my order... No explanation given by the restaurant on this or the previous occasions.... I live only 1km from Fellas so distance wasn't the issue. I used to be a regular customer with no issues, but it appears their standard has slipped recently. The kebabs are usually good and the chips are nicely cooked however I advise being very careful if ordering the chicken... It was half pink the last time I ordered it there.. inedible. From reading other reviews, it appears I'm by no means the only one who's been served undercooked chicken. It's a good thing that there are plenty of other good options here in Cork city. I'll be sure to order from...
