So like everyone else I love a bargain but more importantly value for money. Yes I can get a coffee at McDonald's and they are lovely people but it lacks ambience and to be fair coffee is sometimes good sometimes not so good can be too smokey and bitter but to be fair its from a machine. For a euro extra I can have a beautiful smooth coffee prepared by a barista and relax in comfort and dare I say no screaming kids and a copy of the Indo. Wait though there is more the staff in particular the 3 girls behind the counter. The young girl whose name tag told me she was a trainee asked for my order and she greeted me with a smile you could see from the moon and no not in a flirtatious manner as I was with my wife and the trainee was at least 15 years old and I'm well old enough to be her dad in fact the staff were all young enough to be my children ...depressing, anyway she was so professional and as soon as she sorted my order she was straight onto the next customer again greeting them in the same manner my coffee was the presented to me by the two barista staff in an equally friendly manner. Well done Costa you've done it again. Quality and passion is worth paying for coffee should be an experience and it is in Costa.

Coffee tastes great in this branch. The staff could try to smile a bit more and engage with customers, but they are definitely not rude either.

had a bad experience about a year ago with the taste of coffee but meeting a friend there today decided to try again. Coffee and food very nice and service by two foreign girls very good even though they did not have very good English. However at about 1.30 I went up to buy a cake, there were two young girls standing perusing what to buy and they said for me to go ahead. However a different member of staff in a strict voice told me in no uncertain terms to stand back as there two people in front. When I told her they told me to go ahead she continued her little rant. My God...

Coffee good, staff friendly. Location handy for locals. A couple of problems the staff had the chairs on the tables at the window an hour before closing which from the outside gave the impression it was closed also the staff were hoovering while I was trying to enjoy my coffee. Another issue a gang of teenagers sitting around with only one person sipping a purchase, this is the reason I stopped going to Costa in Northside, if they don't control this it will...
