Eager for a relaxed dine-in evening, we asked about their buffet (€28.50) versus the advertised at €12 per dish. The server confirmed we could order individual items—so we picked our favorites, the Spice Bag and Chicken Fried Rice. Imagine our surprise when two modest, buffet-style scoops arrived—barely half the size of what we usually enjoy for €7 and €11 as take-away. At no point did staff clarify that they meant mini-portions, and when we asked, they shrugged it off as standard buffet service. It felt less like a friendly restaurant experience and more like a bait-and-switch: premium prices for skimpy servings. Though the food itself was tasty, the miscommunication and sense of being overcharged overshadowed any positives. A truly disappointing visit—I won’t be back.

For €13.50, you get a huge serving of fried rice and other foods in this joint. It's quite generous and I thought the food was wonderful. Was greeted by the manager on duty named Andy who was very hospitable and looked after our table. You don't have to reserve a table, we walked right in with friends and it was okay. There's also a toilet inside if you need to relief yourself. I'll be back again soon for sure.

Our takeaway order did not meet our expectations. The 'lemon' duck was actually pineapple and had an unusual texture. The noodles were too salty, the sweet and sour chicken was soggy with a vinegary sauce, and the fried rice was bland and hard. The spring rolls and wontons were also not enjoyable

THAI STYLE CHOW MEIN Every year, the Ministry of Chow Mein in Thailand selects the 10 top graduates from it's best Chow Mein Academies. These graduates come and stay for one month in Dublin. They spend every day tasting, examining, analysing the Thai Style Chow Mein, from JAZZ-COOLOCK. They try, in vain, to discover Anthony's secret recipe that makes the JAZZ Chow Mein so good. They are unable to replicate or equal it. For this reason, the King of Thailand is forced to send his private jet to Dublin, every week, to stock up on Thai Style Chow Mein, from JAZZ. It is the only Chow Mein allowed in The Royal Palace of Thailand.

THAI GREEN CURRY I have eaten Thai Green Curry with Pork, in many provinces of Thailand; in many countries of Asia and Europe; as well as in every county of Ireland. Nowhere does it better than Jazz, Coolock. On numerous occasions in the past, whilst flying from Thailand to Dublin, I encountered Thai nationals who were travelling here purely to experience The Jazz Thai Gren Curry with Pork. Now, I believe; Jazz do a delivery service to Thailand; such...

Excellent value with as much as you can eat buffet, but very cleverly, staff serve each dish in turn, and only once you have finished the previous plate can you order more. Great idea, no waste by greedy patrons, yet the Staff are more than happy to serve as many plates as you can eat ONCE YOU EAT EVERYTHING EACH TIME! Very polite and attentive servers, and prompt service makes this restaraunt a pleasure to patronize. Also great value and offers on alcohol, with 2 bottles of beer at €7.00 and lovely cocktails at €8.00 each. We had a fab night celebrating sister's birthday on Sunday 23rd Feb, and we intend to visit again very soon. Highly...
