Tis grand. The carvery closes awful early though, we went there at about seven and there was nothing left. I had a chicken burger that I must say was very nice, and similar to one from Supermacs. The chips were awful creamy though, and a bit sickening. One day we went to Dublin for the All Ireland. I didn't go, mind, as ye all know, All Ireland Final tickets are awful hard to get, we were only coming up for the craic. We sat in here to watch the agme, and when we arrived, what was on only Happy Feet! Why would anyone, on the day of the All Ireland final, be in the mood to watch a cartoon about penguins? We complained, and the match was put on. We didn't want a drink, and the staff were giving us pure evils. We were way too tense to be ating either, so we didn't buy anything. They weren't too happy about that, and I thought, well why are ye showing a match if you don't want people to come in and see it? We all had our hearts broken by the end of it anyway, there were only three points in it. So I think this place will always remind me of...

Disgraceful service today My 92 year old Grandad has been going to this pub years twice a week for his two pints while family take him out of his care home for a few hours. Today he and my family where asked to leave as the designated driver brought a bottle of coke in while the rest ate and had drinks. Bar manager BARNIE didn’t go about this situation correctly at all asked they entire table to leave and not come back again because of the bottle of coke. We spend a lot of money hear each week and all because of 1 bottle of coke my grandad now has nowhere to go. this was his favourite pub and was so convenient for the family to bring him as hes in a wheelchair and its local to his home. The absolute disgraceful carrys on out of the bar manager today and this has brought a lot of stress to my Grandad. We go here as I said twice a week to bring him out for a few hours of normality to enjoy his pint. Should be ashamed turfing out a man of his age over this. Money each week spent in here and all over 1 bottle of coke.!! DISGRACFUL SHOULD BE...

I really like how this pub looks inside. It is very cosy and inviting. But the service today was incredibly slow, even just to get our drinks when we first arrived. Our section was full but other sections were nearly empty. The two of us were there for over two hours in total and ended up getting our dessert to go. Our server was very cheery and friendly, but another server was quite rude when she took our drink menu away before we had even ordered to give it to someone else, and she didn't bother to ask for our drink order in the process. My food order came out wrong, though it was quickly fixed. The food tasted okay in the end, but I wouldn't say it was great. The price was very reasonable. All in all, I'd give this place another try. I feel like maybe this was just an off day and I do really like the feel of the place. Maybe next time the experience will...

Place looks nice very clean and chill vibe. Service was slow but polite and friendly. My chicken, bacon and mushroom pasta was served piping hot so if you’re hungry and impatient you’ll have a difficult time having to wait for the meal to cool a bit down once again. However, my friend ordered an espresso which she described as almost a triple shot rather than just one and the chicken in the meal she ordered was visibly overcooked, unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to take a picture because we were in a rush. Overall the place is okay I’d visit again but maybe for an enjoyable dinner once I’m not in such a hurry and starving mood. Also they have a variety of dessert options such as a chocolate cake and I stole only one bite from my other friend and it was average, nothing special about a chocolate cake anyway. 3 stars (ok, but would visit again.)

Service is really nice. Calm and fun place to have a great time with family and friends. Food is really good here. But expensive but the taste is quite good. I personally had the chicken curry and rice which was really good and the quantity they served was enough for two people. Service is fast. Would like to visit again especially for the food.

Can't complain. The carvery was very nice. The best in the area now as agreed by my friends and I. Nice staff, fast service and clean. Parking is handy too. It has a great atmosphere and is clean and tidy. The large bar area caters for different clients, regulars, people using just the resultant facilities etc.
