Burger King — Restaurant in Fingal

One of the worst Burger Kings I’ve ever been to is the one in Santry, Dublin. I ordered one thing — they gave me something completely different. I asked for spicy sauce — they gave me ketchup. I ordered a double cheeseburger — I got some cold, single, miserable excuse for a burger. I said “no ice” — of course they added ice. Every part of the order was wrong, as if it was a competition in incompetence.

The staff were rude, slow, and acted like I was bothering them. And the so-called manager — a guy in glasses — was absolutely useless. Instead of helping, he just added more attitude. No respect, no manners, no clue how to talk to customers. Total disaster of a manager.

And just because I’m not a native English speaker doesn’t mean I deserve worse treatment. Not knowing perfect English is not an excuse to treat people like garbage. If they think I won’t notice the mistakes or won’t complain because of the language barrier — they’re dead wrong. Respect should be universal, no matter what language someone speaks.

This Burger King in Santry is a complete disgrace. I honestly don’t know how this place is still open.

The burger I got was barely cooked — the meat was practically raw in the middle. The cheese? Not even melted. Just a sad, cold slice thrown on top like an afterthought. The bun was cold, the whole thing looked like it had been made by someone wearing a blindfold and boxing gloves.

It was disgusting. I couldn’t eat it — it felt like biting into a wet shoe. And don’t even get me started on the waiting time — they took forever. 25 minutes for a “fast food” meal that came out cold and undercooked.

The staff clearly don’t care. They act like serving customers is a punishment. No eye contact, no apology, no basic decency. The atmosphere feels like a prison cafeteria, only with worse food and angrier guards.

Absolutely shameful service, disgusting food, and zero professionalism. This place should be inspected — if not shut...

Ordered here yesterday Sep 11th @ 15:57 at the Drive Thru. After paying at the window I was told to move up and park behind the white line on top of the arrow. No other car in the drive thru and even where I was asked to park... there is no way any other vehicle would get past. It's literally one lane. 16:07 I enter the store and ask where my order is. One looking at the other I'm asked what I ordered and I get an apology and I'm told they supersized the chips and threw in 6 nuggets. I get back to the car open the bag, my whopper with sweet onion was inside minus my chili cheese bites. At this point I'm so fed up I handed it all back for a refund.
