Very disappointed. Asked if it was possible to make two white mochas with oat milk and they said yes. Proceeded to pay and waited patiently. After realizing she used dark mocha and dairy milk I was confused and asked if that was ours. The lady screamed at us and proceeded to be very rude me and my friend were quite upset we then just took the wrong ordered coffee and wished her a good day where she replied saying she had a bad day. This place has the most ignorant staff ever ,came here today with my service user for his regular coffee and treat ,new girl on till with no support from her so called manager if you can call her that! So called manager barking orders out which I thought was mine and she cut straight across me as ignorant as can be ! She really shouldn't be there seems she hates her job , directing orders at me instead of my service user, definitely will be passing this experience...

Not a good start to your day if you're vegan. They never seem to have the vegan sandwiches. They did offer me a vegan tea cake, not what I wanted but will have to do. They offered to toast it which sounded better. But after it was toasted they didn't have vegan butter so it was a dry toasted tea cake. Disappointing.
