Order here everyday and always something up, either items missing, food underdone or overdone I donāt think Iāve ever had a perfect breakfast and still give benefit of the doubt for next time, never mind living 5 mins away and still waiting 1hr 30 mins for arrival itās a joke now at this rate! Iāve even been lied to loads of times about the food being left and not at all the case when I have to ring again half hour later, old staff never had this problem. Do better for the local customers.
New Update 11 months after refusing to order again finally ordered they donāt fail to disappoint only live across the road and ordered pancakes with after a hour and hour had to ring to be met with cheeky girl in phone leaving me on hold while I can hear her talk to other customers and then to tell me to be good is leaving in 2 mins only 10 mins later I get the wrong pancakes puts fruit inside the pancakes making them mush and disgusting instead of only putting them on top like I always ordered multiples to be told thatās how they are when clearly they are not as Iāve ordered them over 8 different times all came the same way and she was like well what you want me to do , eh send out new one made properly !! Ever since the new management left these have gotten their customer service skills out of a lucky bag! Miss the old people working there such a shame
You can contact me all you want about the situation but I wonāt be dealing with yous again or want to here from you and to clear things up your photo on your menu for the fruit pancakes show the fruit sitting on topped not mushed into the thing making everything mushy and inedible as the driver was handed it back and Iāve ordered the fruity pancakes 6 different times all turns fruit was on top like itās presented on your menu pictures if you actually have a look and train the girls who pick up the phone who have conversations with others while waiting for a response is not good...

I'm a regular customer at this look, mam no hands chain, but sadly, I will not be returning to any going forward after this. (Never had a bad word for this place beforehand)
After a mild complaint about cold food, which is the first time I've ever taken food back. (I say mild as I truly was not angry about this situation just couldn't eat it and was all smiles and politeness with the original girl serving me) I was then stormed at by another girl who was serving with my plate in hand basically accusing me of lying. Kept fingering the food in front of me and looking at me to basically take the food back and tuck in. I was rudely questioned over and over again for 5 minutes while the person I was with tried to finish eating. If the person I was with didn't step in, I don't think she would have left me alone until I took the food she had just been shoving her finger into back from her.
When I say this was beyond uncomfortable and shocking as I really didn't think there was any issue at all before this girl stormed over and was just unkind for no reason, it would be an understatement. It's now left me stewing over this treatment and really left me feeling awful. It costs nothing to be nice and I genuinely was nothing but nice to all the staff whenever I have visited, including today.
I've worked in customer service/hospitality for a really long time, so I understand what it feels like to deal with a difficult situation and is why I would never dream of being a Karen. My only advice is to save this treatment for the customers you really don't want coming back as sadly that's the case now and you will run all of your nice customers away with this...

Waited another while and nothing arrived. I went in and questioned this, I was told there were two Table 12s and our food went to the other Table 12 that had a near-identical order. Ok, these things sometimes happen and the rest of our food arrived after a long wait and it was fine (apart from my wifeās food which had gone cold after waiting for everyone elseās food to arrive). We then asked for a glass of water for my 3-year-old which never arrived. We finished our breakfast, I went in to pay, I was asked how everything was and I replied ānot greatā and I explained that I had already spoken to the staff about it. Imagine my surprise when we were charged full price after what I can only describe as disappointing service. I donāt mind paying my way but at the very least they could have knocked the drinks off the bill as a gesture of goodwill. I have ordered from LMNH on a number of occasions previously but this experience left a lot...
