Serious customer service issues need to be addressed. I have witnessed and experienced, time and time again, a female employee who I presume is the manager portray a serious lack in customer service skills and over all kindness. Countless times she is extremely rude to customers, talking to them in a manner no one should ever be spoken to. Absolutely 0 people skills. This is a cafe who brilliantly gives people with disabilities the platform to work and I would hope she treats her fellow employees better than she treats customers. She puts myself and others off going to this cafe due to her rudeness towards customers. Really disappointed that this is happening, as the food and coffee is great but if I have to go and get rudely and horribly spoken to by a staff member, then I will go elsewhere.. every other staff member is absolutely lovely, accommodating and friendly.
