KFC — Restaurant in Limerick

11.30 AM in the KFC house and I was feeling hungry. I am a big KFC fan but it's been a long time since I was here. A dinner box with gravey. This was my favourite. It's not called a dinner box anymore. That's ok . I'll have a twister box no wait a bargain bucket no a zinger brain drain just give me something to eat. Chicken and chips arrrr. Ok skin on the chips not something I remember but that's probley got to do with me. First appearance not good. First of all the chicken was diferent colours cooked at diferent times obviously. One piece was more on the burned side. The Gravey hidden in the box took up space were extra chips (fries) would fit. And a few more chips wouldn't go astray. Chicken had no Kentucky flavour of old. Am I been cheated it does say KFC above the door. What has happened. No flavour and the crispy part is no more. Tasteless and disappointing. Ok it is 11.30 but cant say it's to early as one piece of chicken was over cooked. Ok gravey let's be having you. Have just eaten in this place, am disappointed with the toilets, no loo roll,no soap and toilets so bad couldn't use them, then sat to eat our meal the chips in our bag were so small a toddler would have eaten more and the chicken was stone cold threw away several pieces ( first time my husband has left KFC in his life), I had to complain about toilet the young man went straight out to clean toilets by bringing mop bucket through the kitchen area and out to the most dirty place when finished it back into kitchen and carried on serving but was polite, but seem very unsure of there roles, sad to say...

Ordered the gym shark meal and a 4 piece boneless meal both large, one with Pepsi max one with 7up free for takeaway, had to correct them twice on if it was for takeaway, when I was ordering in the middle of it the person taking my order left from behind the counter to go say hi to someone they knew.
