Peony Court | Chinese — Restaurant in Limerick

Ordered food waited two hours spent 41€ food never arrived and then we rang them and the people of the peony court told me that it’s my problem I have to go through uber eats they apparently have no contact details for the delivery driver to even contact him to ask where our food is but that it’s not her problem apparently even tho once we pay and it leaves the restaurant with someone they have given it to it is there problem by law until it gets to us it is her problem Now we are down 41€ no food and the people who we bought it off the PEONY COURT are liable the transaction is not COMPLETE until we receive it so yes it is your problem PEONY COURT And this receipt will come to your restaurant tomorrow and you will refund your attitude and the way you handled it is not professional I thought the owner of a restaurant would have common decency towards clientele and the knowledge that by law I’m entitled to my food 30 yrs I’m getting food from this place it was the only Chinese restaurant I’d buy from not anymore RIDICULOUS And when we tried to rectify it as she told us to do because it’s not her problem she didn’t even have the number of the delivery driver what kind of business...

Never again going to the Phony Court for year and so is my Family and we have a big family Fired the food at us and didn’t get what we ordered staff have no Manners and very rude from the time we went in to the time we left €47.70 for food that was sitting there for hours chips were burnt or reheated over and over the staff Member looked like she didn’t want any Customers or it was bothering her to serve us maybe she should think about the people that visit the place or she would have no Wages at the end of the week because if they keep going the way they are it will close down. I work in a hotel myself where we serve food and if we done half of what was done to us in the Phony Court we would be out of work or closed down they need a BIG CHANGE IN THERE ATTITUDE!!!!!! Arrived at 4:30pm , buffet finishes at 5pm. Food was dry, chicken was dry barely eatable, noodles you could hear banging off the plate, I accept we arrived before they were finishing the buffet but still expect fresh food or don’t charge full paid if not fresh. Food had been sat there all day I would say. Water given in the jug had limescale floating in it, when going to pay they wanted full price and we couldn’t justify it as nothing was eaten as the food was so bad. Said this to rude lady behind the counter she said we arrived too late for the food to be fresh. Why charge full price then ? Won’t be returning, food isn’t the same...
