Pizza Bites Limerick — Restaurant in Limerick

Don’t order from Pizza bites, and definitely don’t do it through delivery. In the menu, there is no way of selecting toppings for your pizza, as they do on most takeaways selling pizza. There is ALSO no restaurant notes section to leave a written comment so there was no way of telling them the requests for making the order.

I called after the order was accepted to tell them the toppings, and was met with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was nothing but kind and was met with complete and utter disrespect. I tried to explain myself, that there was no option to put in the requests, but could barely get 2 words out before getting interrupted, being told I was wrong, and other things. I was called names, slurs, and a “stupid woman” which drew the line for me. I’d understand if I was rude back and returned the attitude, but I was patient throughout. At this point I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund to be given to which they responded that the pizza was already in the oven and to “deal with it”. They hung up on me twice throughout when I asked them to simply please let me speak.

Ordered spicy chicken wings,kebab and portion of chips in Super bites. Food was horrible. Chicken wings was still with chicken hairs on. Was looking discussting. Fries not cooked well. Brought all the food back to them. One of the staff was laughing (small guy with the glasses on) he wasnt nice to me. Did not received any ,sorry,.etc. Will never back again. We were clients for the last year's. Shame...

Used to be very good food, fresh and good offers. Unfortunately the last 2 times I received bad quality taco chips. Ones chips were old and dry, hidden under taco sos; second meat was old and smelly.
