Made an order for delivery, when it came the order was wrong so we rang to fix the issue as we had made a note on just eat due to allergies to onions. When we rang the staff on the phone he was rude and made out he made the food himself and it was no fault of his but gave no name and proceeded say he wouldn't be fixing the order therefore we have paid for food That cant be eaten due to allergies which a note was left about so as part of his job he should have ensured to read the order properly not tell customers there wrong to have an allery. I recently visited Prime Pizza. The pizza itself was okay, though I’ve had better elsewhere. One staff member who first assisted me was very friendly and went to the back to get my order, which I appreciated. However, when another staff member brought out my pizza, I pointed out that there was trash on the floor and on the table left by a previous customer, and I asked if it could be cleaned since I wanted to dine in.
