Burger King — Restaurant in South Dublin

AVOID this particular BK location Let me start by saying I almost NEVER leave bad reviews Im pretty sure I've only ever left one bad review in my entire life and I never complain about food especially if I'm hungry but feel like I have to here , went to this burger king today to get some lunch at around 3:15 ish and can honestly say it was the absolute worst fast food experience I've ever had Got there and ordered the food , the wait wasn't too long. First sign that this was not going to be a good experience is that when they were packing our order in the bag there was about 3 of them standing there all debating which item was going where and what was what , all we ordered were 2 fries and 2 burgers so not a whole lot to figure out in th first place. We ordered for eat in and the fries we were given were just town in the bag and mixed , the fries themselves were barely warm and a little stale , the burger I got was appalling , the bun was so stale it was crumbling , the meat patty wasn't even warm and it was so dry I ended up using 2 ketchup packets just to soak the burger in something

All the while someone was shouting over at these guys to get back to work several times as they stood around and just laughing at each other , you can tell they don't want to be there and arent even putting in the minimum amount of effort and going by the other reviews left in this particular location it doesn't look to be a one off thing that I just experienced myself, so I can't even give them the benefit of the doubt, will not be...

They ask everyone to use kiosk and don't take orders at till which is absurd. Ordered chicken with double patty and got beef burger with double patty served instead. Noticed because of the color of the patty. The server didn't even check or ask me about order no and handed over. I too picked it up as I was the only and only customer standing over there (no wonder no one goes there with staff of this attitude). It's strictly against my religious beliefs to consume beef. What if I accidentally went for having it without checking??? The manager was kind enough to replace it quickly but I got single patty served instead of double which I paid for. I was pissed but had to push off because of time. It was salty!!! Had to bin it without even finishing.

*Why do you force customers to use kiosk instead of taking orders at desk till? It's not even crowded. There was customer, a woman with her small daughter and was told to use the kiosk. The staff could have atleast helped her order at kiosk. Again, there were no customers. No driverthroughs (I saw that too) The TV screen where you see order status was empty. There's so much to learn for them there about appropriate customer service. Not too much to ask for when people pay you.
