Avoid Avoid Avoid staff just plain rude....

Male staff member in his 60s serving customers At the carvery Today Sunday 23rd January should not be aloud anywhere near customers....he was extremely rude down putting and insulting insisted by barking that I ordered something that I didn't.... I am a long time customer at the red cow and I order the exact same thing eveytime....I think i should know what i have ordered... anyway he still got it wrong. And two out of 3 takeaway dinners where inedibleI due to gluten intolerant and stuffing was on everything when i requested no stuffing.

I won't be paying money to be insulated or to get a bad service where staff are just plain rude..

Two females serving the vegetables also seem to have a problem being polite and having customers seem to be an inconvenience to them.

Cashier lady was lovely, very friendly.

And the chef that normally serves i think his name is john..... he is a gentleman. . And always friendly

Its a pity a few bad eggs spoil...

Myself and my family went hear for dinner last night. The area around the table was filthy as was the table. I asked one of the girls could she please clean the table as it was full of food. She managed to clean one of the tables. So we moved table. When the food came it was cold and greasy. None of us finished the food. The lady with the blonde hair asked us if everything was OK. I said no that the food was not good. She apologised. I asked for the bill. Then she told me that the next time I come in that she would look after me. Because I am going to rush back for more bad food and service. Then she told me hear is a free ticket for the car park. If I am not mistaken the parking is free when you are having food. I won't be back and I am sure that I won't be missed. I am sure if I receive a reply it will say we are sorry the food didn't meet your expectations. The only expectations I had going it was that the table and floor would not have old food on it and that I could...

I've always liked The Red cow, as a vegetarian it can be tricky eating out especially at a carvery, but The Red cow has something different every day on the menu that you can have with your spuds and veg. It really is that simple and it's beyond me why most other places can't get that right. However I went there yesterday and was disappointed to miss the carvery and decided to stay and look at the evening menu as there was a group of us. I got the vegan burger with wedges and am delighted that I did. Absolutely delicious. Cooked and garnished to perfection with fresh ingredients. The other four had roasts, fish and chips and curry everyone cleared their plates. My son ate free too as it was a Monday! A mention to the always very friendly and attentive staff especially our server Ava who could not have done more for us. I'll be back to try the vegan steak soon. Well done Red cow for a very...

The Red Cow has been a family favourite location for many years, both for lunch and dinner.  The carvery is the best around.  The roast beef is top quality and never disappoints.  Excellent quality food at fair prices.  The portions are huge, so be sure to bring your appetite.  I've also visited for dinner a few times, and can highly recommend the sirloin steak and pepper sauce.  Delicious! Parking is charged at €2.50 per hour, up to a maximum of €10 per day.  If you're eating there, the fee is waived (for 3 hours) and they'll stamp your ticket at the till.  There's usually plenty of parking during the week, but it can be busy at weekends.

The Red Cow Inn is by far the best carvery in Ireland. It's ultra consistent. The beef is a top-class cut of meat and the gravy is amazing and gluten-free which is a bonus to people who have a gluten or wheat intolerance (Coeliac Disease). On this occasion, I opted for the beef burger and it was so good that I had eaten over half of it before I took pictures that I've shared here for you. Don't hesitate to come here. It's the best all-around carvery in Ireland in my opinion. Well done everyone.
