TOP TOPS IS A JOKE!!! I ordered from here a few times as it’s my local but I have recently moved to citywest when I rang I asked did they deliver to citywest they said yes, I told them my address my name my order etc .. so a hour goes by the delivery driver rings to confirm the delivery and the address and The girl I was on the phone to rings back 1 minute later saying we don’t deliver there sorry about that.... but I asked did yous deliver to citywest? Well the girl didn’t know we didn’t deliver there? But the food is ready? No sorry? But I rang a hour ago? A hour ago? Your service is leathal!!! I have 2 hungry kids looking forward to...

Their very lazy over at Top Tops for example today i ordered a spicebag and i got a special spicebag which cost and extra €1.50 and it was burnt all of my chips were burnt and the beef was just batter not beef and the other day i got accused by the woman who works for apparently taking someone elses food when she handed it to me and she told my friend to f**k off and started shouting at us and then the customer gave out to me for somehting that i didnt do so if you want burnt chips and so called beef but its actually just batter but if you want actual enjoyable food i recommend staying...

Enjoy the food from here most of the time, and staff are always lovely!!

But I find them very hungery, we are loyal customer years, they don't even give free prawn crackers over a certin amount or a Soft drink ect.

there system is welll outdated We have to give the home address and phone number every time we ring, instead of a good computer with a good software system that remembers customers ( worth investing) instead they just write it down ( Again very a cheap) Also a shower curtain hanging not nice at all really need...
