Melt Gelato — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Navan

Just visited this place and although I know the ice-cream is delicious it’s an absolute shame that the service is horrendous. The lady with black hair standing there makes orders wrong and then blames it on you. She did not smile even once looked like she didn’t want to be there. 5 mins later my sons went and they told me she made the wrong order and then insisted that this is what they ordered and my son described her as ‘ one sassy worker’. It’s a shame as the ice cream and waffles are great. Won’t be returning again...

It's a nice place, I always go back there, unfortunately the service at the cafe is not pleasant, except when a blonde lady serves me, she is very polite. I agree that the ice cream is very good but my favorite are the pancakes, I have been a little disappointed with the quality of the strawberries, they always have an unpleasant texture, as if they had been cut a long time ago and left out of the refrigerator. Called in specifically for the waffles. My husband and 2 teenage boys said they were the best waffles they'd ever had. Coffee was delicious and there was pistachio ice cream (50c surcharge, but definitely worth it!) Owner was so nice and friendly. Couldn't do enough for us.
