Soprano Pizza — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Navan

Our first visit there and was ordering a take away of two 20 inch pizzas and a kids meal. Very friendly staff and a chef who clearly has a passion for pizza 🍕 done right! He recommended we taste a slice before we got home as for the best experience he suggested we eat in their restaurant. He was absolutely correct! We each ate a slice in the car outside and was delighted with the light and crispy (but not burnt), delicious pizza, with generous toppings which absolutely tasted better than any of the pizza chains and even the big speciality pizza places in Dublin. No chemical after taste like some competitors, and clearly all fresh ingredients. He said they make the flour fresh themselves and it looked it as I watched them work. When we got home the pizza was still on par if not still better than the other pizza places, but wasn't quite as delicious as it was fresh. As he rightly pointed out, he can't control the humidity in the pizza box in the 15 to 20 minutes it takes to drive home. So for the best pizza experience we'll definitely be visiting to eat there next time! They also offer burgers, salads and some desserts. Free ample parking. Well...

I had the pleasure of dining at Soprano Pizza and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service that made us feel right at home.

The pizza itself was nothing short of perfection. Each slice was deliciously crispy, with a perfect balance of flavors. You can really taste the difference with their fresh, homemade ingredients and every component made from scratch. They even bake their own burger buns! The quality and care put into each pizza are evident, and it truly sets this pizzeria apart from the rest.

In addition to the amazing food, the service was top-notch. The owners went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and were happy with our meal. Their genuine friendliness and attentiveness added to the overall fantastic experience.

For an industrial estate, the atmosphere inside is surprisingly lovely. The staff are friendly and accommodating, which made for a pleasant dining experience.

The pizza base was good, though the overall flavor was a bit bland, nothing too memorable. The burger was also quite dry, with a large amount of lettuce. A piece of tomato or a little sauce would have improved it.

The chef came over to ask for feedback, which I appreciated, but it felt like he wasn't fully open to hearing it. A bit more humbleness in accepting customer input would go a long way.

Lastly, with a name like "Soprano," I expected more of an Italian influence in the food, but that was lacking.
