Four Star Pizza Tralee — Restaurant in Tralee Municipal District

I just want to start this off by saying they got my order wrong, the first pizza was soggy, the toppings were falling off and the pizza was overall not good at all. It happens that there is a miss communication, But the second pizza was absolutely atrocious. The delivery driver handed me the pizza and didn’t even look at me, I understand it’s time consuming but it’s simply not my fault. The second pizza toppings were correct, but as soon as I opened the pizza the smell caught me off guard??😭 it smelled so off I’m not sure what they put on this but it was crazy. The slices were cut so questionably…. And under all of that it was soggy AGAIN same thing the toppings were falling off once AGAIN the crust was disgusting. This is probably the last time i ordered from here and pepperoni pizza..this literally gave me PTSD..😭😭?? Acted hastily in writing this and giving a one star. FS company have contacted me and I had a good rant. Pizzas from this brand are fantastic, just reckon the staff were having a bad night. Give them a chance.

This place is a joke and the manager was no help at all. Tried ordering online for delivery at 11.15pm and order would not go through. Rang straight away and told they weren't taking phone orders so drove in at 11.35pm to be told the shop was closed, even though the sign on the door and online states it's open til 12 midnight. Floors were being mopped while patrons were turned away or collecting earlier pizza. We went to another nearby Italian takeaway instead and they were great and their pizza are much better quality that FS. Probably the worst food experience on my family holuday this year. Ordered a delivery. Website said 30 minutes. Finally arrived 1 hour and 20 mins later after 2 calls to the restaurant. Was told they only had 2 chefs and were really busy. Pizzas were luke warm. Cheese had congealed. Obviously the pizzas had sat in the restaurant until delivery driver was free.
