NEVER AGAIN - I spent £44 here for a family meal having come over to eat with relatives. I drove from Castletown to port Erin on recommendation of this chippy. One of the meals was missing from the bag when we arrived home and left one person in the party with no meal. I rang up and although they charged me for it but did not give it, they could not refund me unless I drove all the way back and would not deliver the missing meal either ! Therefore we all had to split our meals to cater for the missing food and having messed about contacting this chippy meal was cold . Consisting of a small diner and adjacent takeaway, this small but friendly outlet serves excellent quality fish and chips, as well as a small selection of delicious alternatives. I recommend that you take the time to sit in and relax, and savour a freshly cooked meal in pleasant surroundings. Myself and my wife shared a large cod and chips, my one daughter (a carnivore) had the Big Foot Sausage and chips and my other daughter (a vegetarian) had a pie. It was all cooked to perfection and the best we had enjoyed in ages (possibly our best fish and chip meal of any holiday).
