The small room where the main cafe counter is located was toasty and warm, but there were no tables left in there so we had to sit in the “waiting room” section, which was pretty cold with no heating. Another table asked the staff if they could start the fire, even offered to do it for them, but the request must have been denied (possibly no manager onsite to decide?).
The cheese and mushroom toasties were alright, thankful to eat something warm. They had horlicks on the menu which was an unusual but pleasant surprise.
