פבלה pavella — Restaurant in undefined

This is one restaurant I definitely do not recommend , by suggestion of the waitress we ordered a beef filet with a dark sauce plate with vegetables and mashed potatoes . The sauce was so rich in salt that it was impossible to eat more than one piece and I even asked the waitress to try a piece and she confirmed that it was too salty when I asked them to take back the plate they never suggested to replace it and they tried to give me a slice of dessert to cover the mistake so I basically asked for the bill , paid it and left hungry at this point I realized that this place deserved no references nor me accepting to be taken advantage off please make sure if you ever go to this place to ask them to make sure that they will take responsibility for any plate that might be too salty or too spicy and not to be surprised if they lose customers for this unprofessional service on their side . Apart from this the waitress was actually honest and apologized for it but it is more the responsibility of the owners or managers to correct such a mistake especially if they charge more than other restaurant for...

I had a very bad experience in this bar yesterday. First of all, something was wrong with the food - Two out of three people at our table came back home and threw up. I wouldn’t mind seeing if this establishment is getting regular check ups from the health ministry and if its kitchen is up to code.

Second was the service. I ordered a hamburger (Pavela Burger) with cheese and I received two pieces of bread with meat and cheese inside, that’s it, no condiments, no toppings, no lettuce, tomatoes or anything - even though the meal on the menu comes with all that - obviously. When I asked our server about it she didn’t make a big deal out of it or apologize, she brought me a plate with the missing ingredients and let me build my own burger as if it’s an IKEA chair.

I had to go home earlier than the rest of my party but I now hear that there was no attempt from the staff to remedy for the way they messed up the burger order.

Went there tonight, 4 adults 3 kids and a baby. Food is ok, some dishes were better some worse . Prices are extremely high for the value , antrecote 300 grams 220 shekels? Seriously??? Is this the center of Tel Aviv? We have been told the kids burgers are the same size but just doesn't come with vegetables. We ordered our 12 y.o. son a kids burger with cheddar as he doesn't eat vegetables anyway. The Waitress came back saying we can't have the kids burger with cheddar even though we agreed to pay the extra for it (outrageous 12 shekels for a tiny piece of cheddar) . Service was mediocre at best , it took several tries to get the bill ( obviously we didn't want to try the desserts). One of the waiters also claimed they have no milk for the baby. Would not come back to this...
