Cafe Cafe — Restaurant in Haifa

Out of all the coffee shops and restaurants on the beach this is my all time favorite to go to, i feel comfortable, the location is great, parking spots super close, it has a road entrance and another entrance to the beach side. The menu is rich with lots of choices, they offer a variety of food, my two favorites are a hamburger or chicken, the meals are usually offered with salad or rice or homefries. But the meal choices varry from pasta to salads to beef... Drink wise you have an even bigger list of choices, you have hot drinks, soft drinks, special drinks and any other drink a coffee shop can offer. You can also add individual cakes or corasons. Parking is free. Accesability accessable. Tips. Have to note that sometimes the service isn't satisfying, make sure to go late at night when there are less people if you want the best service ! but if you're fine with waiting then go whenever :P And here is a picture taken three days before...

I agree with most of the latest reviews on this place at Hof Hacarmel beach promenade. Unfortunately CaféCafé has really deteriated. We were here yesterday to have a breakfast for TWO. The waiter was hopeless, too busy catching on his phone and immediately told us our Voucher for Breakfast for two was NOT recognised in their restaurant. Whereas the name is clearly printed on the Voucher. Anyway as we were hungry and it was already 10:30 we ordered breakfast. It was pathetic. Omelette was cold, cheeses & spreads were served in tiny, tiny plastic throw aways. All in all the breakfast was dismal. We usually like this chain of restaurant but his one was terrible & has many bad reviews. Last time we go there. PS be aware this place doesn't recognise vouchers from Pais or Isracard...

Going to this place was an "ok" experience. We were a party of 5, including 3 children, and the waitress was very polite and accommodating, although she was apparently serving alone. She made sure to asked lots of questions to get our orders right (kids can be indecisive). The beverages came quickly and the pizza was ready also after a moderate time. We ordered a pizza (half cheese and half "A la Romana"), which was delicious. I was a bit disappointed when we ordered a second one, that was obviously rushed (the cheese was white (nothing like the first one) so the flavor and texture was a different, and the olives and onions were raw); for the price I'd be expecting a bit more consistency, but overall is was good, with a relaxing atmosphere close...
