I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was truly unacceptable. It took 10 full minutes just to get a waiter's attention, and then another 25 minutes to receive our drinks. The staff were barely present at our table – no one came to check on us, ask if we were okay, or even offer starters.

We weren’t the only ones – the table in front of us was also ignored for long periods and treated with the same lack of care. It felt like we were a burden rather than guests.

When we finally asked for the bill, the waiter made an inappropriate comment, saying that paying without adding a tip “wasn’t an option.” After such poor service, I politely declined to tip – only to be told that refusing to tip isn’t allowed, which is both untrue and unprofessional. I had to argue just to be allowed to pay only for what we ordered.

This restaurant, which has finally reopened, enjoys a very pleasant location, truly right on the beach in Herzliya. It is kosher, which makes it exceptional for those for whom observing kashrut is important. The food offered is varied and of decent quality (nothing exceptional from what we tasted). However, management imposes procedures on the servers and, consequently, on the customers, which are restrictive. This leads us to react to the high prices of the dishes when the customer is not treated almost like a king and the service leaves something to be desired. Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at this absolutely amazing spot right by the beach. Honestly, the location alone made it perfect for a fancy dinner and an ideal date night setting. The atmosphere was super beautiful, and it definitely set the mood.

As for the meal, it was top-notch. We had some delicious fish and incredible pasta that just hit the spot. One of our servers, Rotem, was absolutely wonderful.
