The atmosphere is consistently engaging and vibrant, making it a fun place to see a show. From a technical standpoint, the club really shines: the sound and lighting equipment are excellent, providing a high-quality experience for both performers and the audience. Furthermore, the overall organization and order of the venue staff are impressive; everything usually runs smoothly, which is a major plus. The Catch: Pricey & Basic Food and Seating Strategy Where the Grey Club falls short is in its food and beverage service, particularly when they switch to a seated-table format for certain events. The food is very basic and unremarkable, yet it's significantly overpriced. This is exacerbated by a somewhat frustrating operating strategy. For seated events, the doors open intentionally two hours before the show starts. This forces you to arrive early to secure a good spot, effectively making you a "captive audience" for those two hours. During this long wait, you feel pressured to spend money on their expensive, simple food and drinks, which ultimately don't feel like they provide good value for money. In summary, come to the Grey Club for the excellent shows, great vibe, and professional technical quality, but be prepared to pay a premium for basic refreshments if you get there early for a seated event. הגענו הערב, בפעם הראשונה, להופעה. הגיע אלינו מלצר לקחת הזמנה. עוד לפני שהזמנו הוא הודיע לנו שישמח שנזמין כמה שיותר כי בינתיים הוא המוביל והוא ישמח להמשיך להיות המוביל. אמרתי לו בסדר ובאמת הזמנו כמה מנות (היינו זוג) קינוח, שתיה חמה כל זה כדי לפרגן למלצר. ואז המלצר אמר יופי אביא לך צ׳יסר. בסיום הארוחה הגיעה מלצרית אחרת וביקשה לפנות את השולחן ואמרה להביא לכם צ׳יסר? אמרתי לה את רוצה להביא אז תביאי. כל זה מבלי להזכיר שיש חיוב על צ׳יסר. הגיע החשבון והנה להפתעתינו 3 חיובים על הצ׳יסרים. שאלתי למה החיובים האלה והמלצר אמר ביקשת צ׳וסר. אמרתי לא ביקשתי. אתה הצעת והסגנון היה שזו מחווה. הגיעה אחראית לברר את העניין וגם היא הסבירה שעלינו לשלם. אמרנו לה שאנחנו לא מוכנים לשלם כי לא ביקשנו. 2 ציסרים נותרו בשולחן כי לא שתינו והאחראית הורתה למלצרית לקחת אותם. ושוב הגיע חשבון ללא 2 ציסרים אך עם חיוב של ציסר 1. בסופו של דבר ואחרי התעקשות שילמנו את החשבון ללא ציסרים. וגם ללא דמי שירות. המלצר כעס ודפק בחוזקה על השולחן. בסוף ההופעה ניגשנו למנהל וסיפרנו לו על המקרה אך לצערינו הוא לא היה מופתע שחויבנו. לדעתו מחייבים על ציסרים. אמרנו לו שהיינו בהרבה מאוד מקומות (אנחנו זוג לא צעיר) ואף פעם לא ביקשו תשלום על ציסרים. הענין הוא לא הכסף אלא על זה שמנסים לדחוף הזמנות וחיובים כדי להגדיל הכנסות. לצערינו אנחנו מרגישים שזו גם מדיניות...
