The staff is inconsistent with their service. I asked for a cappuccino orzo because I’m pregnant and the girl at the counter didn’t hear me correctly. She seemed new which isn’t a problem. But I tried the cappuccino and realized it had caffeine in it and I told her it’s not what I ordered and I am not allowed to drink it. The older lady starts raising her voice at me that I have to pay for the other cappuccino and I told her no I shouldn’t because it’s not my fault and that isn’t good customer service. She insisted and kept raising her voice at me trying to convince me that I have to pay until finally one of the other ladies finally gave me my correct order. What she should be doing is helping to train her newer staff that if they didn’t understand to feel free and clarify with the customer instead of blaming the customer in front of everyone. It was really one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had in a bakery. I will stop going to this bakery because really the bread tastes industrial and I only sometimes go because this is the only bakery open...

Ein tolles Café! Wenn wir nach Italien fahren, und es irgendwie mit der Fahrroute passt, halten wir in Auer und besuchen das Café zum einen um dort Kaffee um Kuchen zu genießen und zum anderen um Brötchen und Brot mitzunehmen.
