If I could, I would literally do a 0 star rating on the food! What is going on in this restaurant?! The food is a literal nightmare and not worth a coin. Absolutely disgusting! We ordered a MEDIUM steak and we became a raw one. The hell? My husband and I ordered a sprite (in the menu it’s sectioned in a medium sized one and a small one), we both ordered a big one and became a small one? After asking why it was that small, the disrespectful young lady literally rolled her eyes at us and said “yea it’s only the small size for sprite” but wanted to charge us a big one????? HELLO? Unseasoned, undercooked and poorly served food for a prize that is disrespectful! Absolutely disappointed with that local and will never comeback!...

We ordered cesar salad with no chicken. The salad came with chicken. We complained. They took the salad and returned it with less chicken... Complained again and then they made a new salad but the lettuce in the salad was not fresh at all. We asked for Sprite zero (no sugar), they brought regular sprite. We asked for a medium-well T-bone steak. We got a rare steak. We asked to put a little more on the grill. Eravamo in 2, una coppia, arriviamo senza prenotazione e ok. Ci portano al tavolo... Aspettiamo... Aspettiamo... Boh... Vediamo che comunque tutti i tavoli hanno le solite patatine di benvenuto e noi boh nulla, dopo 15 minuti le ho chieste io e la cameriera si è dimenticata, dopo altri 10 minuti le richiedo e finalmente arrivano. Fatta l ordinazione, e ben dopo 35/40 minuti arrivano i piatti...ok buoni dai. Avendo l all you can eat abbiamo chiesto un secondo giro ed è arrivato, dopo altri 20 minuti, ne abbiamo chiesto un 3 (per 1 sola persona) e non arrivava più, a quel punto ci siamo davvero stufati e siamo andati in cassa. La cassa non funziona. Non ci ha fatto fare il conto separato. Nessuno si è preoccupato di come è andata la cena. Insomma un disastro il servizio ma soprattutto le tempistiche dato che siamo entrati alle 8 e 20 e siamo usciti per nostra volontà alle 22 e 15...2 ore per cosa? Abbiamo preso 2 menù all you can eat a 10€, un acqua naturale piccola e una frizzante media. In tutto? 28,10€! 4 euro di coperto?! Ma siete fuori di testa? Lo sanno che sono un fast food? 2 euro li avrò dati per la sedia perché il servizio è stato inesistente. Distanziamento tra i tavoli? Boh mezzo metro? Ho sentito tutte le conversazioni del tavolo a fianco e loro le nostre...ma che cavolo! Non ci torneremo mai più e lo sconsiglio fortemente a tutti. Siamo andati per risparmiare e abbiamo speso di più di altri posti.
